The crew at Pure Addiction Diesel are total pros I own several diesel vehicles and do all my own maintenance work so when it was time to replace the timing belt on my 2020 Colorado 2.8 liter diesel I reached out to them and they handled it plus they R/R the water pump serpentine belt and changed the oil at a very reasonable price and only took a couple days to finish the job plus they did a extensive test drive and made sure my truck was running properly I highly recommend these guys for all your diesel needs. The team at Pure Addiction continues to go and above and beyond servicing our truck. Story time for anyone wanting to hear why Pure Addiction is the best! I had to take our truck to Doherty Ford for some warranty work and the truck was returned to us with our sunroof no longer working (along with windows not rolling up and a door not opening). Doherty had us bring it back and fixed two of their mistakes but wanted us to pay a $750 diagnostic fee to figure out the sunroof. We were not okay with that because the sunroof was working the week before the warranty work. We called Travis and they picked up the truck from Doherty and within an hour the Pure Addiction mechanic found where Doherty had cut the wire. Travis showed the Doherty mechanic and shop manager the mistake and Doherty had to pay the bill. Clearly, this wasn’t a high dollar job but the team at Pure Addiction cared enough to check it out thoroughly and find the actual issue. We are so grateful to Travis and the amazing team for their outstanding customer service and amazing attention to detail. We will continue to recommend this shop any chance we get!

This was by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. After just 25,000 miles on a rebuilt transmission, this is the result. The owner is a scammer. He initially installed the wrong valve body—one from a 2012 model—which is not compatible with the system. I paid for a high-performance overhaul, but instead, he installed stock clutches, used a stock pump gear, and paired it with a triple disk converter. Eventually, the planetary gear pin broke. The 2012 valve body doesn’t properly communicate with the truck’s computer, and he never informed me he was using a part from the wrong year. I paid for high-quality components, but he installed stock parts instead, effectively robbing me. When I told him the truck was going to an independent shop for inspection to verify the parts he used, he immediately said all communication needed to go through a lawyer. That alone confirmed he knew he had scammed me. I took the truck to PAD in Scappoose, where a professional with 45 years of experience tore the transmission apart. He found numerous shady shortcuts and improper parts. I highly recommend this shop—this man is an absolute wizard with transmissions. Most importantly, PAD operates with integrity and honesty, which is why I trusted them to do the work right. Avoid this company at all costs. The owner has forgotten that his business relies on customers, and his lack of integrity shows.

My name is Eric. I’m the owner of HIGHLINE CUSTOMS located in Portland Oregon. I’ve been in business for 20 years and from the get-go customers and reviews has always been a priority for us. It’s not very often I give a five star review to anyone unless it well deserved. I emailed pure addiction with A list of parts I needed to have installed after a quick response I was surprised by the estimate . So just for fun I emailed Pro Automotive and Diesel in Scappoose OR and there estimate was four times the cost haha I only emailed them to prove to myself what I already knew.. that company is a prime candidate for dateline if you know what I’m talking about.. If you have a Diesel, I would highly recommend this company. Their customer service is excellent, communication is surprisingly great and best of all you won’t walk away feeling like you weren’t treated fairly. I’m a car guy with a ridiculous amount of cars so trust me I’ve been to my fair share of mechanics. This company is here to work!! And for someone who relies on there skill set it’s nice to always be told we will get it done.

I experienced the catastrophic failure of the CP4 in my 2014 Duramax about 2 months ago. I have done some research on Diesel shops in Oregon and after several phone calls I ended up talking with Keith at Pure Addiction Diesel in Forest Grove. Keith talked to me on the phone for quite some time on multiple occasions and answered all of my questions and has been great working with this shop. As many of you know, this repair is quite costly and when this happened to me I did not have the money to cover this. I explained this to them and they were nice enough to store my truck at their shop until I had the money to pay for this. Not only did they work with me but upon my inspection of the replacement parts and work they had done I noticed several other things that they fixed at no charge. This place is in my opinion is top notch. These guys got me in right away ordered all of the parts and got me back on the road very quickly. These guys guys over at Pure Addiction Diesel provide the best customer service I have ever experienced and I will definitely be taking them my truck if and ever I need more work done. Keith is very knowledgeable and you can tell that he wants to help you with whatever you need. When I left this shop I was happy with the entire experience! Truck is running better than it ever has and this shop uses the best parts to ensure that your diesel will run as long as it can! I highly recommend this shop for anyone needing repairs on their diesel truck. You will be glad you did. Thanks to Keith and his staff who helped me out.

I was looking to upgrade some parts on my 2016 Ford F-350, after calling around to a handful of shops, I decided to go with Pure Addiction Diesel and Automotive in Forest Grove. Keith Flag took the time to answer all my questions throughout the process. One of the deciding factors in choosing Pure Addiction is their superior customer service. They took the time to ensure the work was done to my satisfaction and took good care of my truck. The service technician took the time to make sure all the parts were present before starting the job. I received pictures during the entire process and when I picked up the truck, Keith crawled under my truck and took more pictures of the relocated fuel filter knowing it was difficult for me to get under the truck.
