Kai did a great job in helping us find our new car! Went above and beyond the next day when he personally drove a floor mat that was left behind to our house for us so we didn't have to return to the dealership.

The service isn't great! I can't seem to get an appointment that works with my schedule. I have had recalls on my Odyssey since I purchased it. I was told there isn't a shuttle service but on the other new reviews I have seen people post how great the shuttle service is. Really disappointed in the qaulity service I have not been given. I'm choosing to take my business to beaverton honda for all my services!

Online scheduling not maintained/monitored. I set up an appointment for Christmas eve at 2 PM about a week in advanced. I was glad they were open because that was our only chance to go due to work. However, 3 hours before, they called me that they would be closed at that time... they had days to call me and ask to reschedule. They just said "that's what happens when you schedule online"...

I always have a great experience when I go to Dick’s Honda. I would say that’s mostly due to the amazing customer service I receive from the manager Kelsi. I don’t know a lot about cars and I’ve been taken advantage of by other dealers at times. That doesn’t happen with Kelsi. She’s very honest and always looks out for me. Thank you!

Josh Ankerson was so kind as to explain in detail the Honda selling and logistics to a fine point. He went out of his way to get the vehicle I preferred in spite of the microchip shortage. I was working on short notice to get a new vehicle in order to not keep paying for a rental after the other gentleman's insurance ran out... In this scenario, I was greatly pleased to find one of the last 2021 Honda Civics in the PNW. I wish I had written this review sooner for his sake, as we all know, and this review shows Life drags on. I still question if the $500 invisible paint coating was applied to the car, and believe me, I paid a premium for the markup... However, the other gentleman who called me for the car finally was for sale, as the last sale fell through was more than kind. He helped me drop off my rental. Unfortunately, I have forgotten his name since it was saved on a previous phone; otherwise, I would have mentioned his name. This dealership went far to get the last car in the style I wanted. I appreciate that.

My husband and I recently bought our beautiful Acura ZDX here and Josh Ankerson was awesome! We went on 2 test drives to make sure the vehicle was just what we wanted and he was very patient with us during the purchasing process. My husband is very particular with numbers and Josh worked with us to get exactly what we wanted and needed. As a woman, I am very skeptical about car salesmen since I have had bad experiences previously but Josh was very respectful and included me in every step even though my husband was the one talking numbers. It helps going in knowing what you want and looking at vehicles online beforehand, but the process was pretty smooth and I would highly recommend Josh.

My car went in for a simple hitch installation. They did a botched work and returned it with a damaged rear bumper and a hole on the lower trim. At first they agreed to repair it, but later they only replaced the lower trim and refused to fix the rear bumper because their technicians didn't assume responsibility for the damage. I had to pay to fix the damage they caused from my own pocket and they lost a customer.

This is my nearest Honda and it is next to impossible to get in here for a service. The phone rings forever and the calls never get through. We were looking to buy a car and took a car out for a test drive with the sales staff, The manager yelled at us, The Customer! because the test drive car was sold and should’ve not been driven - Then why did you give it to us my guy? I went to Beaverton Honda dealership for a key fob replacement and realized how terrible this particular showroom is. Never coming back.

Fake repairs and reports! I recently took my car for regular servicing - oil change/tire rotation/multi-point inspection. I was surprised that they gave my car back in 30 mins and handed me multi-point inspection with all green. I was shocked because I had a 6 months old report with suggestions on couple of items that I left pending for next time due to budget constraints. I went to receptionist and told that xyz are not inspected. First she said it will take additional $$. I told her that u already did and report said all good. She sent a new guy to take a look and he found few items inspection was missed out. I paid extra for repairs that were missed and took my car to next door for a new inspection! I don’t trust this service department anymore! Won’t recommend to anyone!

I have been taking my cars for service here for years. Frequently would even pay for their overpriced services ($119 for air filters? Really?) just for the sake of convenience. However you got too greedy this last time. An almost $3000 suggested repair bill including a brake job, alignment and the ever questionable “carb cleaning service”. This time I went for second opinions from a highly reputable tire place and garage. Hillsboro Honda lied about the thickness of my brake pads and the need for an alignment and as usual way overcharged for those services as well as the others I had done elsewhere that were needed (transmission flush, brake fluid change) as well as for air filters and the unnecessary upsells they always add. According to Hillsboro Honda my rear brakes were at 3mm, they were actually at 5mm and no brake job needed. The alignment was well within manufacturer specs and was not needed. I have been a Hillsboro Honda customer for almost a decade. Two vehicles thousands of dollars later (not to mention the cars I would have bought because I’m Honda loyal) I have decided, because of Hillsboro Honda’s greed and dishonesty, to never give them another dime of my business. Change your own air filters for a fraction of the cost (it’s super easy), always get a second opinion and never get your service done at Hillsboro Honda.

I dropped my car off to have the rear passenger door repaired. It could not be opened from the inside, It needed a new acuator. $500 plus dollars later my vehicle is given back to me. A few days go by and my daughter can't get out of the rear passenger door. I don't always have my daughter so I hadn't checked it. a couple of weeks go by and I check the child safety lock and begin to try different tactics, still won't open from the inside. So, I make an appt to take it back in. I wait two hours in the waiting room, no word. Finally I go out front to speak with the representative who received the car when I dropped it off. He says that it needs something else that will cost $300 or so dollars. QUESTION- did the mechanics who worked on this door actually try it from the inside? I highly doubt it. They gave it back to me after the original appt and said "it's good to go". Honestly, at the end of the day I have a bigger issue with the representative saying to me "I think you would have come in earlier if it wasn't working" Are you flipping kidding me? That's your customer service. Literally insinuating that i'm lying! I have spent several thousands of dollars over the years at this shop. SO disappointing. At least I got a $500 plus new battery for my key faub...

Long over due. I got my vehicle serviced here on 5/25/21. Scheduled an appointment for 7am. After dropping my car off and giving them the keys, I waited around for about 2.5 hours and didn't hear anything from them. I checked in with the front desk to get an update only to realize they never even checked my car in. After they realized their mistake they finally pulled my car into their garage, however they did not mention to me that they had made a mistake. Another 2 hours later they gave me a diagnostics report and told me this is what needed to be done to my car. To which I responded "You haven't even serviced my car yet? I had a scheduled appointment at 7am and it's past noon." Part of their diagnostic report stated that I needed the entire lining of my engine replaced because of an oil leak, quoted 3k+. I asked to go into the garage and speak with the mechanic. After looking at the engine with the mechanic I deemed this was completely unnecessary and I didn't see a leak. The engine looked like an engine, slightly greasy. My car was at 60k miles at the time. The mechanic warned me that this could ruin my engine and tried to make me feel inadequate for declining. I never got the lining replaced. My car is now at 114k miles and I've NEVER had any issues with an oil leak and the engine looks the same. I've been going to Beaverton Honda since and they have NEVER said anything about an oil leak or getting my engine lining replaced. Strange huh? Hilarious, but Dicks Honda would've gladly taken $3k+ for something that did not need to be done. Looks like I made a great decision in declining that disingenuous diagnosis. After getting the other routine maintenance for 60k miles I was greeted by the manager and offered a discount since it was around 4pm all said and done. That was nice of the manger to recognize that they kept me there ALL day for a brake fluid, tire rotation, transmission, and oil change. Fast forward to yesterday, 09/2024, I gave them another chance. I wanted to get my radiator fan and fuses checked as my AC doesn't blow cold air and my engine was sometimes overheating ONLY when idling or in slow traffic. They quoted me $200 for EACH diagnostics. So I would be spending $400 just for them to maybe tell me I need something fixed. After calling several other mechanics I price checked them. Even their counter part Beaverton Honda quoted me $95 per diagnosis. I canceled my appointment right here on the spot. Dicks Honda is a rip off and will take advantage of people who don't know how to stand up for themselves. Disingenuous. Bad service. Rip off. Scam. I encourage you to go to Beaverton Honda or Brock's Automotive if you want to save money and get a genuine diagnosis of your vehicle.

The service department went above and beyond to get me on the road on a Saturday. When other shops refused to get an alternator until Tuesday, the team sourced one, had me back on the road within a few hours.

Had a good experience with servicing my car here. They checked me in right away. The woman that checked me in was very professional and pleasant. Sent me text message updates when the car was ready for pick up. Check out was also very quick and efficient.

Do NOT buy a car here. My husband had a Honda he used to get it serviced here, and and they seemed competent so when I saw a car on their website that was just what I was looking for (2022 Mercedes GLC 300), I though I'd check it out. Since it would be late when I got home from work he stopped in and talked to a sales rep and said we'd be in on Saturday to test drive it and took his card. Saturday morning we arrive and the sales rep was busy and passed us off to another rep...and it was his first day. I got in, started the car and the first thing I see is a warning that it the service was overdue by 12700 miles. The sales rep assured us that it had been serviced and that they just forgot to clear the code (should have walked away at this point). I took the car for a test drive, I still wanted to check others, but was pretty sure I'd be back. The following Tuesday my husband made an appt. for us to come back and purchase the GLC. We arrived at the appointed time only to be passed off to another sales rep (this one had only been in sales 2 weeks). Papers were filled out and we put $5000 down because I was not financing so had to wait for the remainder to move to my account. They informed us that we could NOT have the keys until it was paid in full unless we financed it. No thank you! So we informed them that we'd be back Friday or Saturday, but if things dragged Monday or Tuesday at the VERY latest..ended up it was Saturday late morning I arrived with the remainder of the money, only to be told the car wasn't ready and it would be about 30 minutes...then oops, another car was ahead of mine...and it would be 1 hour tops. 1 1/2 hours later I finally went looking for someone...met the sales rep coming out and she handed me my keys. Guess what...they STILL hadn't cleared the code!!! In a week, even after I waited 1 1/2 hours...and they didn't even clear the code. At this point I was very angy and to make matters worse, the sales rep blamed ME for not telling her I was coming. REALLY??? When I said Friday or Saturday, and it's Saturday, it should have been ready...then the sales rep (Madasen ) had the gall to say in the most condescending voice, "maybe you should go get some lunch". I have never been so any angy with a sales rep before. Another 30+ minutes (closer to another hour) and I finally get my keys and leave.....a block away I look down, and unbelievable....they left less than a quarter tank of gas in the car. I have NEVER purchased a car that they didn't fill before I left the lot. And just to rub salt in the wound...the General Manager emailed my husband (although the name & email on the title is mine) and said they were sorry for the misunderstanding but it was because we dealt with multiple sales reps (not our fault) and that I should have let them know I was coming to get my car. UNBELIEVABLE!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I did not have the best experience with the service department. I called in because my tire had a nail in it and it needed to be replaced/patched up so the service rep told me to come in at 5:30pm or as soon as I could since I explained to him I was just getting off work and heading to their dealership. I get there and I am not even acknowledged for 20 minutes so I am just standing there while the rep is helping someone else ( a quick "hi i'll be with you as soon as i can" would be nice). Finally, when the rep is available, he says he can't find a technician and they close at 6 so nobody can help me. (Even though the website says they close at 7pm and I called beforehand to double check.) 5 minutes later a technician comes out but can't help me until the next day because "they are closed." I come back the next morning and they tell me it will be 20-25 min. I told them to I could leave the car and come back later since I had to go to work, they tell me to just wait in the lobby because it would be quick. 35 minutes pass and ZERO communication once again. I tell the lady working in the service dept that I am leaving and will be back for my vehicle. She said, "That is fine just be back by 7pm since we close our service dept at 7pm". Sad that this location doesn't care about their customers enough and just lie about the time they close because they are too lazy to help. Ridiculous, a bit more communication would have been nice. Do better, Honda. I will not be returning to this location.

Absolutely horrible experience. We are thankful they found 3 oil leaks in a car that is barely 2 years old, but we were told they would have no loaner cars available for 8 weeks. We were told would take 3-4 days to fix so we went ahead with no loaner. It took seven days. We had to call and check on progress the late afternoon of the day it should have been done. No call from them. We were told that only had a couple of hours worth of work to do on it but wouldn't be able to get to it again until Monday. Even though they are open on Saturday. No phone call on Monday, we again had to call on the late afternoon and finally told we could pick up car. A week after we got our car back it started making a noise when first started for the day. Again, no loaner. I didn't want to take it in without one after the first experience. We were told that they would check on how long a loaner would take and we would get a call the next day. No call. I called a week later. They said it would be a week for a loaner and they would call to set up an appt. When they knew exact date. 2 weeks later I called them back. All they said is they dont have a loaner and this time let's make an appt. For next week and they will call the night before to let us know if they have a loaner. Nobody called its been a week since there should have been an appointment and we have not heard one word from them. The first time my husband called about this was July 23, so I am actually being very generous with the times frames. I would absolutely not recommend taking your car here. I would go somewhere else but am uncertain if something wasn't put back correctly when they worked on it the first time. And I am guessing they are the ones who need to fix it.

had been communicating with Josh over the phone about the car and he was super helpful throughout the whole process. On the day I came to pick up the car, Josh wasn’t in the office, so Ola helped us instead. He was also really helpful and patient with us and took the time to explain every question I had about the car. Great experience overall!
