I take my vehicle to Aloha Auto Center because the team is honest and does great work. I’ve recommended friends and family who have likewise received high-quality service at Aloha Auto Center. If and when they come across other safety or maintenance related issues when working on my car, I’m confident that their recommendations are legitimate. (During my last visit, while replacing rotors and brake pads, they discovered a faulty tie rod assembly that could have posed grave danger while driving…. like a wheel falling off) I appreciated their attention to detail. Overall, their pricing is fair and competitive, but again, their matter-of-fact honesty is what keeps me coming back as a customer. They didn’t outright rip my girl off but this is a shady place. And she would’ve had no clue on her own unfortunately. They suggested a brake fluid flush without thinking to check the water content of the fluid (shockingly, when we asked and they checked, it was fine) and when we called to get clarity on their estimate (told her she needed new front / rear brakes when she came in with a check engine light) they were just annoyed we were asking. I came in late in the process but I wouldn’t send somebody I care about here.

Went in for an oil change and to get one of my tires patched because it has been slowly letting our air. (I knew I probably needed to get a new tire soon, but was hopeful that patching it would buy me some time to shop around for a good deal). An hour and $55 later I was told both were done. The next morning my tire was COMPLETELY flat, way worse than it was when I brought it in. Had to take the following day off work to go get a new tire. Not necessarily their fault since I knew the tire needed to be replaced soon, but it sucks that they didn’t say anything about my tire at all other than that they patched it and then it ended up worse than before.

Great service. They are exactly what their message states. They are honest, efficient and reliable. They always try to get us in early and are flexible with us. They don't try to nickel and dime like other mechanics. They fix what they need too and will often try to help the customer get the best for their buck. They're honest, they'll really tell you what's going on and how they can or can't fix it. They were recommended to me by a friend. I'm happy I have a trustworthy mechanic to go too.

First off, I just want to say these guys saved me a lot of money. I went to another auto repair shop and they quoted me close to $800 to get two things fixed in regard to my coolant leaking. This repair shop found one issue and basically charged me less than half. I’ve been driving my car for more than a week now and haven’t seen any leaks. I believe they’re really honest about the work they do and they seem not to overcharge. Amazing service! Would recommend.

Needed a rack and pinion replaced as well as two new tires on my 2012 Santa fe. Firestone was trying to say I needed a ton of extra work and quoted me at $5000. I ended up taking my car here and explaining what work I needed. They were honest about what they thought actually needed fixing, gave me a reasonable quote and got the work done in no time. I ended up paying less than half of what Firestone was asking and did NOT need a lot of the work they tried pushing on me. I just drove it from Aloha, OR to Philadelphia, PA and their work was phenomenal, no issues with the repair at all. I highly recommend visiting this shop over going to any big box company, they're honest and reliable. Thank you Kevin and Joe!

Amazing experience!!! Took my car to have a brake check due to squeaky brakes. Found out my brakes were running at around 20%. They quoted me my fix price at a very reasonable price and were able to get new ones installed quickly. Had my car back in 4 hours. They went above and beyond to explain what my car needed and were very transparent about their prices. There was a couple of other recommendations and I asked them ‘be honest, how urgent are they?” He told me his honest opinion that it wasn’t very urgent for the time being and I really appreciated that. No one likes to feel like they’re being swindled or being pressured to do other fixes, especially as a woman. I’ll definitely come back here in the future for that suggested fix and any other needs Joe was extremely friendly and communicative and made me feel comfortable from the original appt set up call, to drop off and pick up !! Thank you again :)

Our 2012 Rubicon broke down 2 miles from Aloha Auto Center. Joe, our mechanic, just happened to be heading home and stopped to help. We towed the Jeep to his business and within that next morning they had the new radiator and maintenance that needed to be done, finished and ready to be picked up. Best customer service!!

Straight to the point, not even a slight sign of BS from the folks running the place. I was never pushed for a sale. Same day service - OK to leave overnight for 48hrs free then $25/day storage fee. They do Day appts. Not hourly like dealerships. if you bring the car when they open at 8am most likely they will have it done same-day. They quoted me within 45 min of dropping off my car and I was not the only costumer. Previous experience with dealerships - min. 4hrs before they tell anything. They did not charge me for a diagnostics, which dealerships would charge standard of $160 anytime you bring the car. Although If you do a diagnostics Only appt. They charge $150. Their evaluation of the car was straight forward and focused on my main problem vs. Dealerships who will bring you a plethora of issues - many which are not necessary or made to be more than they are. Very satisfied with the service. Thank you!
