Shelby is a true craftsman! It's obvious he does beautiful high-end upholstery work, based on his other posted reviews, but that same attention to detail is reflected in whatever he's working on including the more basic / smaller stuff. I had him repair a large tear in my Subaru Outback driver seat and was surprised at how reasonable $ he was to do the repair the RIGHT way vs. the available "adhesive in a tube" options out there. He took the time to color match and order the correct replacement fabric and pulled the seat out to replace the damaged panel along with the other 2 panels on the side of the seat. His work is beautiful and matches the original panels perfectly. If you need a seat repair - definitely give him a call to see if he can help! Thanks again Shelby - much appreciated! **Just noting - the color looks different in the pics due to being taken at different times during the day but the color matches perfectly**

Had some work done at another shop and they made both of my rear door panels backwards. I took my car to Shaffer and he remade the panels/matched materials and installed them on the car. While I was at the shop, he was able to fit a custom carpet kit, basically while I waited. Best upholstery shop I’ve ever been to and wish I had gone to him the first time.

Shelby is a genius!!! The guy is kind, trustworthy, honest and he knows car interiors, especially Porsches. He did my 1987 Carrera, in custom leather and tartan. Couldn’t be happier. He is way fair in his price and attention to detail is amazing. He has fast turn around times too. I talked to all the shops around town; too busy to fit me in or too much money and too busy. Shelby was busy but he fit me in and did amazing work.
