Alex is extremely friendly and accommodating especially when I have a quick problem that needs to be fixed. I saw him a few weeks ago and he got me in and out within 30 minutes even though he had other customers as well. Today, I saw him again and he made sure to give me quick service! I really appreciate how he shows you what exactly he is doing to your vehicle and explains what is going on. Definitely recommend this spot for your vehicles!

This place is shady. They sabotage cars or are just incompetent. I’m going to make time in my schedule to write a review on every site possible as well as file claims with the BBB and who ever is in charge of mechanic licensing. Took a perfectly good car there for a Standard inspection, nothing found. But not even 30 miles later the check engine light is on. BEWARE

1st time I came here I need an emergency tire replacement right before they were closing. This place and Alex became my hero. I was traveling to Chino from San Diego and suddenly I hear the metal sheet from the bottom of my car dragging out of no where. It was mid day on a Saturday and we were calling any and every place before closing to see if anyone would be able to take a look but kept getting shut down. Until we called Purrfect Auto and Alex told us to come by without hesitation. The whole thing took less than 5 minutes from the moment I arrived. Quickly lifted my car, explained what had likely happened and then bolted up the metal sheet. Super grateful Alex was able to resolve the issue and got us on our way!
