Went in to get some work done my vehicle was making some noise. Was quoted a price to fix the noise and it seemed a bit high but I really just wanted to take care of it. Come to pick up my vehicle and turns out the noise was not fixed. And to get it fixed now they want an additional amount of $ more than originally quoted in the beginning. Very disappointed as I work in servicing others. If in the wrong you own up to it. I understand time is money but it goes both ways too.

We have been using Harvey since 2004 and as a company, I appreciate how quickly he gets my guys on the road.. and whomever wrote Harvey is rude and has high prices must be competitor.. because NO ONE is more reasonable than Harvey. His prices are competitive and he Stands behind his work. I have sent our daughters to him as well because we know he will take care of them.

Honest, Reasonable, upfront and knowledgeable. Took my 2016 Chevy Tahoe in with some transmission problems and they could have taken me for a new transmission. Instead, they were honest and told me I should go through the dealership I bought it from and since the Tahoe had less than 100k miles and see if it's covered under warranty. Went that route and it was all covered under the powertrain warranty. However they had a back up plan just in case the dealership said no on the warranty. I would 100 percent take all my cars back to them to work on in the future with any problems I come across. Thank you for being honest and saving me a few thousand dollars.

Their lead mechanic, Byron, has worked on my cars for years and done everything imaginable as needed. He's honest, trustworthy and always charges very fair prices. I've tried many other places in the empire and everyone else will do unnecessary work and/or overcharge for their services, in my experience. His work holds up too! This is the place to take your cars, hands down. They'll do it all.

Stranded from out of town, needed our truck fixed. Blessed that Harvey’s mechanic shop answered are call and helped us! Amazing and Honest service! Was passing through California when my cars shifting felt funny. I brought it to Harvey Auto Repair and was greeted by Byron. He was able to diagnose the problem and explained to me in details what was needed. This shop was not only affordable, but Byron was very attentive and respectful. I don't normally write a review, but I would certainly recommend this shop to anyone I know. Great service!

Well deserved 5 star ⭐️ service! We are grateful we found this place . The service was quick & affordable. Not only is his prices the cheapest around but to top that off he is a stand up guy! We were quoted a base price over the phone . Once we arrived we found out our vehicle required more Freon then most. Due to the pricing he gave us over the phone he said he didn’t feel comfortable charging us $75 more so he split the cost with us . Now if that’s not some awesome service then I don’t know what is. We will absolutely be back in the future, among telling all our friends to head that way if need be. Thank you again for all your help yesterday 🙏🏼 AC is cold as ice 🙌🏼

Harvey's Auto repair is an amazing facility, they specialize in transmissions, they also do most service work/preventative maintenance, My nephew told me about this place, he has his vehicle service there, We have a 2017 Ford escape they won't shift, towed in, Byron is very knowledgeable, he will look you in the eye explain things to you, like what went wrong, how it went wrong, how he fixed it and how to prevent it from happening again, he shows you the parts that went bad he doesn't talk down to you, you can tell he's very open and honest, made us feel really comfortable, I just can't say enough about him, it's so hard to find an honest repair facility and now that we found this one will be taken the car back for all the maintenance, Thanks again to everyone at Harvey's You guys are amazing.

Byron is genuinely a great guy to work with. I called him a few times asking dumb questions and requests - but was patient and explained everything to me in the most caring way. I drove all the way from IL and was having some noise come from my brakes, or so I thought. I came in, and he truly listened to what I had to say and found out what the real issue was. Got me in and out the same day and was EXTREMELY reasonable in pricing. He's a caring guy and really wants the best for his customers. He is busy so be aware of that! I highly recommend! I’m going to preface this by saying.. No one wants to have to visit a transmission shop, it’s on par with going to the doctor for a serious issue, not the best of circumstances but at some point in your life it’s going to happen. With that being said, I came into this shop and needed help less than 12 hours before a cross country trip. Byron and his guys were EXTREMELY helpful, thorough and knowledgeable, they all dropped what they were doing to help me not only get the issue resolved but made sure it was done right (being that close to my departure, I would have overlooked a lot of important details). They even explained the issues in detail and would not accept anything less than perfection for my safety. When it came time for the bill it was more than reasonable considering the work and that they stayed late to help me out. I would give this place a 100 stars if I could, the true meaning of a small business. Bless this business and the people 🙏

I came across this shop while calling several in the area about a minor issue with my car. My engine never threw any lights, so it was a shot in the dark at what the issue could have been, one of those situations where it was either super simple or super complicated. Turns out to be that I needed new spark plugs. Mine had never been changed at 140k miles! I am the second owner of the car and didn't realize this. However, when I brought things up with Byron, not only did he kindly speak with me for several minutes on the phone helping me talk over the issue I was having, but he helped me the same day and took care of the issue for me, lent me advice for the future, and was very personable and kind. His prices were much more fair than several of the other auto shops I called in both Corona and Riverside. I am prepping for a trip back across the country all the way to the East Coast in two weeks and with Byron's help, I can feel a lot more confident in my car now. Definitely seek their help if you want a fair price and honest work. On top of that, he didn't in any way talk down to me or over me like some car places can try to do at times. He genuinely listened to what I thought might be wrong, offered advice and high fived me when he found that my instincts on the issue were right. He met me with patience and treated me with respect.

Harvey’s Transmission & complete Auto care I have to say that Byron was upfront and Honest with me from the start. He charged me a very reasonable fee to diagnose my car after I was left scratching my head on what the issue on my car could be. He literally went through my car checking everything wire harnesses from the engine to the interior cabin of the car. I know because I seen the car with seats removed and dash opened. He was able to pin point the issue and did not rush to make quick buck. If you’re looking for a thorough, honest and professional mechanic shop I highly recommend Harvey’s and Byron. In the future I will bring my vehicles here.
