Bought two new tires and had them installed and came away with a new ding in my rear passenger door at the bottom. The next day after washing my car I noticed another ding on the opposite passenger door in almost the exact same spot.

I always use America's Tire for their prices, service and professionalism. I also prefer America's tire to Costco due to America's Tire carries a wider selection of tires, better prices and wait times are better at America's Tire.

Came in with a flat tire an hour before closing. I wasn't even sure they'd be able to take care of me that close to the end of the day, but it was no problem. Thomas helped me. He was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly. It was my first time there so he told me about the free tire inspections, the windshield wiper replacement and the tire protection certificate. I ended up getting new tires and I was out of there in 45 minutes. I will definitely be going back here for all future tire needs.

Love their customer service, their process and the entire experience is well thought out. Every tech here is amazing but big props to Brady. His customer service and professionalism is exceptional. That said, my experience didn't come unscathed, unfortunately the installer ended up w deep scratched while removing/installing my lugs back into the car. There are deep scratches on the inner walls where the lugs go into. Overall not very visible but if you have expensive wheels like mine, you should ask/tip them to take extra care. I still love the Americas Tire experience, their ease and care overcompensate for the occasional mishap.

Pretty upset, went in to have a tire fixed, it took over 2 hours for 1 tire my husband and I are both disabled even have a disabled license plate, we parked in the handicap, I have to say there not handicap friendly even if someone doesn't look handicap u should have some urgency when It comes to handicap people who are. Im parked in the handicap spot I have a license plate and it still took way over 2 hours, in the heat.its not like I could just leave with a nail in my tire. But a little compassion with some urgency would of been nice.

There were a few customers in the store when I was there that were very unhappy with the wait time due to being walk in. I understand that not situation affords the forethought of making the appointment but if you can, do it.

Back in August 2024, I was driving to work when a loaner tire i was using from another America's Tire location blew out on me. I called this location and spoke to Tom, who told me they would get me on the road again ASAP. It took about 30 minutes for the tow truck to get me and drop me off, at which time I realized Tom had already put me in the queue and it was almost my turn to get in and get fixed up. It was literally the quickest America's Tire experience I've ever had! Huge Thanks to Tom, I wish this location was closer to me so I could make it my go to store!

5 stars for Corona America’s Tire! My home town Americas Tire sold me the wrong size full spare. While traveling through Corona, I stopped in for a routine tire rotation. The crew at the Corona store noticed I had the wrong spare and ordered me the right size and had it ready for me for the return trip. They made everything right even though they were not the store responsible. I highly recommend the Corona Americas tire.

There was a manager at this location, Tom who is fantastic. He used to carry this store. Now without him, it has gone down hill. If you find yourself dealing with Rudy, do yourself a favor and run away. Plenty of choices out there that have similar prices and far better service.

Store was adequately staffed to take care of several customers. I dropped off 4 wheels to get new tires on Saturday at 2pm with scheduled pick up for Wednesday after I got off work. Marty the manager called me at 4pm same day I dropped them off and said they were ready to pick up if I needed them earlier, store closes at 5pm. 4:30 pm stopped in, they loaded my tires into the back of my work truck all mounted balanced with new stems. I will definitely go back again and refer all friends to them,

I purchased a set of Michelin Primacy MXM4 from this shop. The tires weren’t in stock and therefore had to be ordered. I received a notification later on the same day stating tires were delivered. I came in next morning around 815am for installation, and somehow one of the tires went missing. The technicians had already installed 3 tires and were waiting to find the 4th one which had 3-4 associates rummaging through the inventory. Since the tire was impossible to locate, the Advisor named “Alex” offered me an upgrade to Michelin Defender. This tire is more expensive and provides unmatched comfort and peace of mind with 80k miles warranty compared to the Primacy which only offers 55k miles warranty. The tires were installed quickly and efficiently like always. I also want to include that America Tire not only price matched my purchase price but also beat the competitive sale price offered through Larry H Miller. They will price match any sale price from anywhere (as long as you have it in writing) and provide a quick and efficient service. I just want to thank all of the employees that work here at this location especially Alex, Brady, and Marty for the excellent customer service skills they provided. I refuse to buy my tires anywhere else but AMERICA TIRE!! Thank you Guys!! 🙏🏼

Quick and easy experience. I appreciated the app which tracks every step of the process. I ordered the tires on their website (beforehand), and the service tracking alerted me once they arrived at the shop a couple days prior to the appointment. You can let them know you're on your way for the appointment with a push of a button - no logins required. I had planned on taking an Uber once I dropped off my car, but they said it would be ready in less time than it would take for me to arrive home and take another Uber back to pick it up. The car was ready in about 45m, and the app was updated in near real time for every milestone. The staff were professional and respectful - no pushy upsells you may get at other places.

The Corona store on Ontario Ave is thee best! I am surprised every time by the honest service and courtesy. Also the low service cost. Bent a rim and blew out a tire during the last big rains and they changed it with a tire and rim I already had...NO CHARGE! I was honestly shocked. Much respect. That is how you keep customers
