It was my first service for my new 2025 rav4, I made sure I booked a 7am appointment as my mom normally does and they keep her Tacoma for a few hours I figured it would be best to book an early appointment to be safe. They got me in and out within an hour which was amazing, yeah I know it was first service at 5k miles (in under 6 months haha) so it was minimal work that had to be done/looked at but still was a quick service and the car was still in the good condition I gave it to them in. Hoping to keep this kind of service as I continue to bring my car further on

The tech was personable and informative about the oil change and the rear camera recall. It was necessary and it took about 3.5 hours. When we talked about a shuttle ride home he told me they only take me home but they don’t pick anyone up once the car work has been finished. If you’re going to have a shuttle service it should be for both ways. We are retired and only have one car.

This was our first maintenance service at this dealership and my first time visiting the Corona location. Steve in the service department was kind, professional, and very thorough. He made the entire experience easy and welcoming. Our vehicle was serviced quickly and everything was handled smoothly. They also text me a video of the actual service OMG , so cool lol I’ll definitely be returning to the Corona dealership for all of our future vehicle service needs. Highly recommend!!!

Would highly recommend servicing vehicle with Toyota or corona! Had the pleasure of working with Robert Gaska (Advisor) and Noe Rosales (technician) during my visit. Both were extremely professional and made me feel like my vehicle was in good hands throughout the whole process. Robert ensured to keep communication with me throughout the entire process of servicing my vehicle and kept his word on having it ready at his promised time. Also, after the vehicle was ready for pickup, Robert noticed I had been waiting for about 5 minutes for the vehicle to be brought to the front. He put in the extra effort to walk to the service garage to inform the technicians I was waiting for the vehicle as it was still on the lift. Noe was quick to finish his work and brought it out right away. Noe was very pleasant upon arrival and took his time to explain the services he performed and provided me a video of his inspection and findings during maintenance. Both gentleman were very helpful and provided excellent customer service. Even though the prices have increased a bit, I will definitely be returning due to the excellent services they have provided as well as elite customer service. Huge Thank you to both of them!

This was by far the best car dealership visit ever. First off it was free and second off they take a video of your cars fluids, filter, tires, brakes and any thing that might need attention. These guys had me in and out in about 1 hour. They treated me great and never pressured me into buying anything I might need. Robert took great care of me ! Until my next visit.

I went to give a big shout out to Jane and Andrew, and all those who helped me, and my husband pick out our dream Car I’m currently pregnant, so the hospitality in even delivering the car to my Home Is definitely phenomenal The time and patience that they had for me, and my husband was totally great. Amazing service! I really enjoyed the fact that they sent me a video of my vehicle inspection, recommendations and why they were recommending them. They showed a video of the brakes that were low and the dirty air filters. Definitely some next level service here. Felt comfortable and informed. They arranged for an after hour pick up. Just amazing and easy. The service manager Carlos was awesome and the staff.

Becareful because they're not going to be. Brought vehicle in for a new battery. Almost 800 dollars later due to apparently needing brake fluid and two filters, I was on my way the next day. One day while parked in a drive way the vehicle said overheating and told me to turn it off. I did and checked under the hood to see if there was anything obvious. Oh there was. Coolant was almost over flowing because it had been overfilled. They also got a lot of air in the line you could hear it bubbling and gurgling. Once after I had drained the radiator reservoir a bit the cooling was working much better but still nowhere near its optimum. Then I noticed oh the radiator fan is NOT plugged in. It isn't some tiny cable either its a large 3 inch block connector, kind of hard to miss. Would not and cannot recommend as they almost blew my car up. Called the shop that moment, no answer, left a message, and here we are days later with no call back, just some random email with an appointment time showed up. No thanks.

I arrived on time for my appointment and was standing out side by my car for 10 + minutes. Staff that were in and out or helping other customers, did not even say hello. When it hit 10 minutes, I was asked who I was waiting for. Then I was told, “He’ll be out shortly.” Wait time for oil change, oil filter, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection was 2 hours. Did I feel welcome? Not really. Longer than average wait time? Yes.

I scheduled a service appointment and got in right on time. My service manager was Steve Pulido…friendly, professional, and squared away. Him and the tech taking care of my car, Jose, did a great job of keeping me informed of my vehicle’s progress via videos and text messages. They gave me pertinent information about items which would be needing attention, with the option to approve/decline each one. The videos were great for helping decide how to prioritize my cars service needs. Toyota of Corona got my car out on budget with a plan for my next visit. I WILL be seeing them again.

Brought my 4Runner in for regular scheduled oil change (part of a discounted 3 oil change package). Was met by the tire service expert, Jeramey, friendly and knowledgable, who did a check on the condition of my tires. And recommended some tire options and specials (had the same situation on a prior visit which I turned down but needed new tires this time). I crossed check the deal online and surprisingly, the dealership deal was a bit cheaper so I bought new tires and the recommended alignment. A Video link was sent to me with the multiple-point inspection and all the recommended services. I was able to approve or deny the items. I denied the DIY stuff like cabin filter change etc. The prices are HIGH but expected at a Toyota dealership. All work was done quickly and I had my vehicle back the next day (the tires had to be ordered). My service consultant, Steve, was professional and friendly. Lot staff was friendly and even suggested I take this picture. Things I would like to suggest, the cost of the services (not tires) but as mentioned, its the dealership and I would prefer a few more status updates as I received the check in status, the video link then car was ready, I did reply to the text with a question and never receive a reply but the question was not vital to service. Overall the experience was a good one.
