I come here for all my battery needs. Great prices, good warranty, and great service. Ask for Miguel for A1 customer service, he let me borrow some tools on the spot and helped me replace my battery. I highly recommend them.

I had a really bad experience here.. I purchased six 6 volt batteries for my golf cart and 2 weeks later the batteries stopped charging. I took the batteries back to get checked and the old man there swears that he didn't sell me the batteries. He didn't try checking if they hold charge because they were not stamped with their logo. He refused to replace or exchange. While we were discussing the issues with the batteries I purchased, another walked in with the same issue. They had just purchased the battery the same day. Make sure the batteries you purchase from here are stamped. Also, don't forget to get them tested before purchasing. I really don't recommend.

Bought a reconditioned battery from them a few weeks ago, the next day it was dead. Now they don't answer the phone. Bad business, should have just spent the extra $40 to buy a new battery with a warranty somewhere else. These guys are a scam. ***UPDATE*** I didn't say a new battery was $40. I'm saying that I should have spend $40 more to get a new battery. If you take what I paid you and add $40 I could have bought a new battery.

I was looking for a battery to replace my Honda Civic 2004, I wanted to get a reconditioned one since I was going to sell the car anyways. It took a while to sell my car but I still used it as a daily driver and the battery these guys gave me is phenomenal! No issues at all, it started perfectly in the morning. I am definitely going back to these guys for my next battery! They’re really helpful and informative, really great atmosphere.

I bought a battery here like two years ago and it's been doing great. I'm wishing I'd gone back here (for my other car), I told the mechanic up the street I needed a new battery and they still charged me their 'service' fee to diagnose.

I visited your location on October 16th and had a positive experience with a young man who was very polite and helpful. I appreciated his assistance in checking my battery and recommending a compatible replacement for my Toyota Camry hybrid. He did mention that my battery had a sensor, but assured me it was an easy fix. However, due to liability concerns, he was unable to perform the installation himself. Yesterday, I took the battery to my mechanic who informed me that it is not the correct one for my car. I mentioned the suggestion made by your employee to hot glue the sensor to the battery, but my mechanic strongly advised against it, as it would pose a liability risk. I trusted the gentleman's recommendation and purchased the battery based on his assurance that it was suitable for my vehicle. Today, when I returned to your store because the battery is not compatible, I was informed that you do not provide refunds and there is nothing that can be done. I am quite disappointed with this response since it was your employee who sold me the battery that he claimed was the right one for my car. The mistake was made by your employee, and I believe I should be eligible for a refund, it has been two weeks. Horrible experience. I left the battery at the counter. Not only that someone responded to my review and who ever responded called me a liar. I have no complaints about the young man that was at the store he was very polite and respectful but who ever is in charge of the account online wow needs to work on customer service. If I wanted to lie it would sound better if I had added that customer service was bad :/ it was an honest mistake the battery the employee told me to buy was the wrong one I should be able to get a refund. Do not go there. Horrible

Buyer beware So there I was deciding on a refurbished battery for my 73 VW motor hoping to save money because batteries are expensive,we all like the cheaper route I purchased the refurbished battery it turned the engine over two or three times then was dead I continued my work with a battery charger attached until it's charging cycle was done unhooked the battery charger next day cranks over once dead battery I was livid so the best part is the three month warranty I take the battery back to them he hooked up a tester didn't even test tells me in short words you bought a bad battery no warranty because of his reason s on the wall he didnt even ask me if I wanted an exchange which I would of taken one day before warranty expired I have receipts buy I say Buyer beware even better I'd like to mention tax who charges tax twice on an item I believe that is not right. And I'll also mentioned I did have a warrantee you did follow thru. I'm the best mechanic in Southern California. That's not my own classic I also own a 71 VW bus. Battery Mart is a better place new for 100$ five year warranty no problem or excuse. They even change it for you if needed. Now I'll just use you for an ad for myself. 2332cc Predator Thanks

Don’t waste your time coming here they sell used batteries that don’t work .I bought one 2 months ago and the battery start to leaking and wouldn’t charge they said it had warranty for 6 months they started making excuses that it worked so I guess they sell batteries that leak . You better off buying a new one from Walmart for $100 don’t waste your time coming here.

Do not waste your time or money buying from these people. The battery I purchased with them left me stranded in Los Angeles And there was nothing wrong with my alternator.

Needed a group 59 battery for my truck, came out to 60 and some change for a used one and 20 for the refundable core charge. The battery came with a six month warranty, just make sure you keep the receipt. This is the second used battery I buy from this place, the first one lasted 2 years with no problems, will return for the next one.

The man that runs the store is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. People in Corona try to take advantage and buy batteries for cars with electrical issues and have the nerve to go back in and argue with him. He won't put up with that and he shouldn't. He knows his stuff, just trust him. My 2014 Chevy Volt needed a battery and he sold me a new Interstate battery and my car runs and starts perfect again. THE BEST PRICES IN TOWN. I give Corona Battery Xpress my highest recommendation. Thank you.

They sold my son a dead battery, he put the battery in the next day and the car didn't turn the ingen. We pay 70 dls for the refurbished and they did not want to Exchange after two weeks. Don't trust them have them check the voltage right in front of you. They ask you to read the recip for their warranty after you pay, when they verbally tell you that is 6 monts. What you give is what you get in return. God bless

I was referred to Battery Xpress by a couple of different people, and they were right. I’ve been there twice for different battery issues—once for my car and once for my motorcycle—and both experiences were great. The staff is polite, professional, and honest, and they’re always willing to answer questions. I highly recommend Battery Xpress.

This place has terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend. Dont waste your time and money like I did. They don’t really want to help and be an honest business they are not trying to take care of their customers and would rather keep the money from their mistake then fix it and provide a refund. I came in here requesting a specific size battery a month ago and they sold me the wrong size. I do not live local and it’s not possible for me to come during their regular business hours easily. I called back the next day and he said come back and they’ll take care of it. Came back today finally when I had time and the worker said it’s my fault that I got the wrong battery size, taking no ownership for the wrong size battery sold. Saying that they must have been busy and all that, it’s my fault for not checking. Never heard of such an unprofessional excuse for selling the wrong thing from a store that we must have been busy, and then go on to blame me for their mistake. When you go to a store that sells batteries and you ask for a specific size and then they sell you the wrong size, I can’t possibly understand how a shop would not take responsibility for that, and instead blame you for it because you “didn’t check” what they sold you. Stay away from these guys they don’t take care of their customers. I wish I read their reviews before I can see many people also experienced bad service and the way they respond is very unprofessional. EDIT: Adding a photo of the wrong battery not fitting right that they sold me since the owner wants to claim that I said I already used it for 45 days? Like you said man, honesty will give you better results in life. Hopefully people learn from my mistake and go to an honest business
