DISHONEST!!! I WAS SCAMMED!! We brought my wife's SUV here for an Uber inspection. We left the car there and they were going to call us when ready. When we got the call the rep said that in order to pass the inspection we needed to replace both the front and the rear windshield wipers. I questioned it because this is the first season on those wipers and rep said that they were torn and if we did not replace them the inspection would fail and i would still have to pay. We went back to the shop and they had not put the wipers on yet, i went to the vehicle and started inspecting them and asked the technician to show me where they were ripped. He spend a couple of minutes inspecting the rear one and rubbing his fingers through it and i said there is no rip right? and he said no this one is good. Then he grabbed the front ones and he could not point to where it was torn and said these will last you a while too. He went to the front desk to let the rep know, then we waited for them to finish up the car. When we got charged and replaced the 2 front wipers. I asked them why since we had just gone through them and technician said they were good. I was told front ones are bad and if you don't pay for replacement we will not pass the inspection. At that point i had no choice since that would cause me to pay twice for an inspection. This was unacceptable and a way to just charge for something extra since you know that you have no choice. I will never use them again. I had already told the technician thank you for being honest in the end but i guess someone above him did not like that. I was scammed. I thought these larger shops were supposed to be trustworthy.

Had an alignment here and my steering wheel was not centered. I came back again for a re-alignment under their warranty to specifically fix the off-center steering wheel and after the second alignment the steering wheel was off-center again, but this time it was towards the other side. I gave up and went to a different shop and had to pay again for a proper alignment, and of course they got it right the first time.

The tire shop did a GREAT job! The REALLY took care of me, they accepted the service for my car, even though they were VERY busy because they took sympathy on me because I didn’t have much time, but they didn’t either, but they still did the work and they also provided great customer service. Went in to get an oil change and was told I would get a $30 rebate, come to find out when it was time to pay I wasn't eligible for it. Also apparently everything is wrong with my car. I also got an alignment, which was only good for 6 months. Who gets their car aligned every 6 months? They just don't seem very honest and didn't want to do anything to help me get a better price.

Pedro is a life saver! I got TWO nails in my tires on my drive home from work. It was late and I was worried how I would go about getting the tires replaced. I called around and they were close to closing time but Pedro Pedro was amazing and said he would help me out. What started as a simple free brake check turned into an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. We walked in expecting honest advice and left paying $498.30 for a hub that was damaged while they were working on our vehicle. There were two bolts that were spinning and wouldn’t come out. We were told they could remove them from the back for $220, but instead they cut the bolts, which damaged the hub. Suddenly, we were being told we had to pay for a brand-new hub — for damage that occurred in their shop. To make matters worse, while replacing the hub they broke the axle and initially wanted us to pay for that as well. After pushing back, they finally agreed to cover the axle, but we were still stuck paying for the hub. After nearly $500, we still don’t even have new brakes, which was the entire reason we came in. It’s deeply disappointing to leave with more problems than we arrived with. They also damaged the rim when trying to get the bolts off. We have been loyal customers for 25 years, and this experience completely shattered the trust we had built over decades. The lack of accountability and care was shocking. Unfortunately, we will not be returning, and I would not recommend this shop based on our experience.

Bought my own tires and came in at 5pm on a Saturday. They installed all 4 tires and had me out before closing at 6pm! The incredible teamwork of the staff showed off their professionalism and checking of each others work. Very clean shop, very polite staff and excellent work!! Tyler did the majority of the install and Pedro oversaw everything. I didn't get the names of the other team members, but they all did their part! I was very impressed!!
