I took my car to get a diagnostic test. I went down the street and 20 mins later he steve calls and said I need a new clutch my car was making a noise it shifted just fine so I pick it up and go 300 yrds to my house the next morning ingot my appts and I get to end of block and my car won't go into gear I feel he sabotaged my car to get business my car shifted just fine so I am going back to tell him I know he did something to my cartif he doesn't fix what he broke I am calling the sheriff's and filing a criminal complaint for nefarious and shady business pmractices.i am mad and you can't tell me my car shifted just fine I let him have my car for 20 mins and now all of a sudden it won't shift gears I will file complaints at the better business buureuar

Came in for an oil change. They said my A/C condenser was leaking power steering fluid which ive noticed it has been losing that fluid and showed me how filthy it was that it needed to be replaced. I had it replaced elsewhere and mechanic said it was an old a/c leak probably from a bad o-ring that was already fixed previously and that's not where the power steering fluid was leaking from since those hoses were on the opposite side but still wasn't from the A/C condenser it was from the Rack n Pinion. How can you tell someone somethings broken without being 100%? Not very knowledgeable and will not return

They used to be a friendly, welcoming and trusting shop but that is no longer the case. Very disrespectful and rude customers service. If you don't like your job or life there's no reason to take it out on the paying customers. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!

THIS SHOP IS EVERYTHING WRONG WITH THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY!!!! As a technician of over 16 years, and a Licensed California Smog Technician, I recently stopped in to have a smog test done based on the coupon price of $14.99 + $8.25 certificate. The moment I walked into the door, the lies began to spew out of the owners mouth! He tried to tell me an inspection that takes all of 15 minutes takes 1 hour, then he tried to switch the price on me. I am embarrassed as an automotive professional that this guy i in business! DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY OR LET YOUR SHADOW DARKEN HIS DOOR!!!!!

Car broke down on Friday night. Got it towed to an AAA-approved shop to leave overnight but turns out they were closed Saturday. So I had to get it towed to another AAA-approved shop this morning, which is this one I'm leaving a review for, Purrfect Auto Service. Yes, they are open on Saturdays. Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance talks about "shims." In life, you won't always find all the parts you want or ned. For the full repair I needed to get my car running again, the part alone would have cost $565. Based on the vehicle I drove, Steve knew right away it would not have been worth it for that repair (have you SEEN what I drive?). So he diagnosed the problem, explained what was going on and performed the repair as best as he could with a "shim." I was in and out of there for a very reasonable parts and labor cost. I even got the tail light I had been meaning to fix taken care of. Bonus. Hopefully I won't need to but feel confident bringing my car back here. Thank you Purrfect Auto Service.

They were good up until i got my brakes done - reasonable price ! I liked them.. but then my front brakes start squeaking and grinding .. not even a year in.. i take it back within the 1 year warranty - and we drive around and he insists that the brakes are good - they use the cheapest brand they can find and then charge u to install them.. with products like that , you can just buy top notch and follow YouTube and do them yourself ! Even all of those employees say they use cheap product ! Bring your own and have them install

This shop is a trust worthy auto repair . Besides being very honest their prices are more than fair. For instance I needed a auto diagnostic check. And they charged half the price of a recommended shop. And I didn't have to drop the car off and wait hours to be completed. Under an hour and done Also they had to repair my car with an estimated time of 2 hours for the fix. But it was done well under 2 hours. Thank you Steve.
