On Thanksgiving morning 2023, I was the only customer using the vacuum. An African American attendant approached me and said I was putting trash in trash cans he had just cleaned.(I only had 2 small Walmart bags of trash nearly tied) I suggested that I could take my business elsewhere and he said that was a good idea! Ouch!

This is overall a good car wash I have been going here for years and typically it's great but my inlaws went through the automatic car wash and were ripped off for $9 the other day and tried to call the manager of the property. They reached the voicemail, to never have their call returned. So beware of that issue.

Card reader worked great but was difficult to read in the sun. I did not try the vacuums so I don't have information about them. I liked the variety of settings. Rick's car wash a few blocks away charges .75 for the vacuum instead of $1. Will go back.

This car wash is tons cheaper than the other self-service wash I've been going to. They take credit cards as well! Their portion of soap you get with the spray wash is very generous. It'll get your car looking clean

Took my money and the auto wash wouldn't work. The attendet went into the building for about 30 min and never came back out. Called the number and of course straight to voice-mail. I'm handicapped and it takes me time to get in and out the car. After waiting I left and he came out to grab his chair and dissappear again. Will never go back to this place. Use to be good but now just garbage.

I typically don't go when the owner/whoever is there and today was a good reminder why. Less then impressed with his demeanor. He decided while I was still cleaning out my car next to the vacuum the hose needed to be straightened for the next customer and cut in my way while trying to dry my car, and he also blamed me for some trash in the washing bay which I am positive wasn't me.

New ownership has not affected the serve yourself and machine wash options. The price has gone up slightly, like everything else. The vacuum is still four quarters, just add a couple extra quaters at initial the timer is extended for your best deal. Burning donuts in the lot prolly not a good idea, but somebody thinks so.

Probably one of the worst car washes I've ever been to. 5 dollar minimum for cards not so bad but it shuts off after that and doesn't allow you to keep it going to finish your car. Wants you to store your card again to be able to charge you another 5 just to finish. We'll not be returning. Only giving 1 star because it won't let me not give any.

Negative 5 stars. Man if your $12.00 car wash is out of product maybe say out of order. You just stole 12.00 bucks from me. You are pos. Basically water water water no soap nothing at all. Whomever owns this house of rip off maybe needs the city needs involved to put them out of business.

Went through the automatic car wash and I didn't see any soap dispensed at all. Got home and my car was just as filthy as it was before. Tried contacting the owner on 2 different listed phone numbers to get a refund, and both numbers said he isn't taking calls. One number did allow me to leave a message, but I was just ignored. Waste of $12 and I will not be returning.

This car wash is toast unfortunately. None of the card readers work anymore and you cannot use the automatic car wash because it's broken will tear your car up. This used to be pretty nice car wash. What a shame.

Very poor pressure. You will HAVE to use brush if you want your car clean. Time jumps so you don't get much time. It's very over priced for it's quality. I just wasted my money here. You don't know how well it works until after it's already too late. I will NEVER use this car wash again. 😡🤬

Don't go here. You'll swipe your card, and it will not activate the controls to actually wash your car. I've tried this place a few times because it's close, and they have failed both times. Don't bother calling because they won't call you back. The Automatic isn't any better either. You're better off going somewhere else.

BEWARE! Some (at least 1...) of the CC swipe machines in the bays are either REALLY slow or do t work. If you're in a big hurry, like I was, might wanna go through the auto wash. Clean place and Owner or Manager came by to ask if everything was OK. It's a little out of the way from where I live, but not crowded or very expensive. I'll go back every time!

I used to love this car wash but its been going downhill for a while now. Soaps and water pressures dont always work. Card readers dont always work. The button to add more time never works. The soap brush is mounted to the wall instead of the ceiling, so trying to wash the side of the car on the adjacent wall is nearly impossible. Today takes the cake though, today is the day I decided not to go back. The hose to the nozzle had a leak and all they did was tape over the hole in the hose. Unfortunately I didnt notice the tape until I had already paid for the booth. The hose shot water everywhere and made washing my car basically impossible— taping over a hole in a pressure washer hose isnt exactly ideal. I would recommend going pretty much anywhere else for a car wash.

This car wash is my favorite! It's always super clean, super amazing! I met the owner one time when I was getting change and he was the sweetest most kind person! He loved my Tahoe and we talked for a little bit. It was like talking to an old friend! I'll always come back to support the local businesses. We definitely always feel comfortable here and have fun washing our vehicles and bikes here!

I’ve been to Q Gold a few times, usually in the evenings after work, and never had a major issue. This was my first time stopping by during the day, and it ended up being a horrible experience. The manager on duty came up to me in a really unprofessional way. I was literally just counting out my quarters to use the wash, and he told me I needed to leave right away. He even accused my dog of making a mess on the property, which simply didn’t happen—my dog didn’t even pee, let alone “poop everywhere” like he claimed. On top of that, he blocked my vehicle in and basically forced me out before I could even use the wash. All I wanted to do was spray off the leftover soap I had already put on my car at home, but they made it impossible. Totally unnecessary, aggressive, and not how you treat paying customers. Won’t be coming back after this.

The state of self serve carwashes is sad. I was completely amazed when I used the qgold carwash. Get this..the change machines actually have our the amount of quarters I had purchased.....WITHOUT KEEPING MY DOLLAR IN EXCHANGE FOR NOTHING! AMAZING! The carwash bay I used was clean and free of debris! The wash units functioned properly: dispensing selected fluid..soap was soap! Amazed again! The vacuum area was clean with trash cans having been emptied. I would go back when on that side of town!
