My boyfriend and I had went though the car wash last night and it did and it did amazing on his truck I was very impressed. I came today in my car and it didn’t do a very good job. I got the $16 wash and I never got the wheel wash, or the triple foam like my boyfriend did last night. Was really looking forward to having my car as clean as his truck was but I was disappointed by how dirty the car came out.

For the price you pay it’s not that bad. It does what it needs to do for it not being hands on. Next time I would pay the extra money for someone to actually wipe down the car. I have a Nissan Rogue which it did not do justice on, the blower was not working in the most right entrance and I left the place soaking wet, this was on Sunday the 6th. I paid $15. I returned today to the most left entrance and it was $16. At least this time the blowers worked. It did a much better job on my Chevy Malibu. I would not recommend using a larger vehicle here. Not sure how the pictures posted are even accurate because I have yet to see that shine on either car.

Nice place, prices and location (near highway for fast drying). Didn't give 5 stars because it didn't remove several bird stains even after spraying Turtle Wax Bug and Tar remover prior to the wash. Also be careful drying the car with towels, the touchless wash does not fully remove all dirt. Edit: They upgraded the system and I am very impress with the overall result. They deserve the 5 stars now, and the owner/manager is very friendly as well. I would still advice against drying the car with a towel. Better off with air drying in the highway.

Pretty good car wash, and even probably deserves 5 stars. I have been there twice and every time my front wheel rims are left dirty whereas the rear ones are sparkling clean. For this I have taken off one star. I'm not sure what the problem is..it looks like as if the system skips the front wheels altogether.

I've been here a few times because its quick and the only one opened at any hour since it is all automated. One complaint I have is at the end of the wash when it rushes you out during the drying stage. If you don't slowly pull out your car will not be dry. There is a countdown timer at the end during the drying stage. After that you would assume you could somehow use the vacuums even after paying for the top tier wash service. But the vacuums didn't even work at that time plus also cost money to operate. With no one there you are pretty much getting what you see. Overall. It decent for something quick if you are in a rush and it's late/early or don't want to do it yourself. As for the quality of the wash of their best wash, $17 when I went. It was good, just wish I had more time for the drying process, and then I'd be able to say and rate higher.

I had a problem one morning after applying my money to the cash machine. After paying, it was an issue and the bay shut down before moving my car in. I called the business and Todd took care of the problem and gave me 2 free car washes. Great customer service. Besides that, if your the type that don’t want scratches and swirl marks on your paint, this is the car wash for you. The best car wash I been to that gets the job done without damaging your paint. Highly recommend!

Just want to say that this is the best car wash that I have been to. Does not matter how dirty your car is it will come out clean with no brushes. I had the privilege of meeting the owner and the place is always keep very clean. I highly recommend this car wash if you want to take care of your car and keep it clean, especially through the winter. Thank you Q-TIPP!! AL

Absolutely the best car wash I’ve been to in a while. It actually gets the dirt off and it’s touchless. Make sure you drive slowly on the way in to clean out the underneath. I went a little too fast. Need to visit once per week to keep my SUV bright white.

Editing my review based on the owner's response below. I've never seen that at a carwash or other low-dollar card swipe vending, so just didn't know. Q-Tipp is a fine touchless carwash. Maybe a different POS service would help. "Just had a car wash here and chose the $14 wash. Was charged $18 on my debit card, under "NAYAX AIR 3, HUNT VALLEY, MD US" Went to their website and they said the business will sometimes add a charge to process a card. Total Ripoff"

Quality of the car wash was not great. My car was not that dirty and still had dirt on it after the wash, and I did pay for the most expensive ($16) they had. For a touch less wash though I have not found one yet that gets the job done 100%. On the other hand customer service was great. I told the guy my car was still dirty and without argument he ran me through again, so kudos for that. For a quick wash I would use again being that it’s not expensive and they get the undercarriage pretty good. If you want your car spotless go somewhere else

I came there twice in January and chose the 16.00 car was now I know the 18.00 is pending until the transaction settled however they both settled at 18.00. This car was doesn't even wash or dry the car well and a rip off.

Worst! Machine did not want to process a card, which should have been my first clue that this car wash is not well maintained. I used cash, paid $16 and all my car received was a pre-soak, rinse with no wash before a clear coat and spot-free rinse. Dryers were not great either. I certainly did not receive the premium wash I was expecting. Unfortunately for me. I will not be back.

Love Q-Tipp carwash! It’s touchless so it won’t scratch my car and leaves it spotless! It’s also open 24 hours which is so convenient. I won’t go anywhere else!

So far the best automated car wash I know. They have a good amount of options, the proces are fair, and it really is a good clean for a touchless wash. Unfortunately the hot wash blew off my thin decal stripes, but I guess I could have seen that coming! All in all I'm happy with the experience.

$16 with wheel cleaning specifically spelled out as an included option on the board. This was the state of my wheels immediately after pulling out of the wash. I drew the frowny face in the dust that was left on the rims. What a ripoff. Left bay - 12:35ish on 10/31/24

I went to the car wash yesterday, paid 20 dollar, and it didn't even spray water underneath, and the blower didn't turn on. I called the number that's there, and after I asked if the car wash was having a problem, the person hung up on me i tried calling again multiple times and they didn't answer. So, to pay 20 dollars just to spray water? I could have paid 4 dollars and hosed it down myself.

My worst experience at a car wash. I normally don’t write reviews but this one is needed so management could keep an eye on. First the vacuum machine don’t suck, and the washer don’t even clean for the price. I did the most x-stream which supposed to be good and see for your self.. smh

Only 1 lane is opened. The second lane gas been closed for months. Now the card reader doesn’t work in the open lane so you can’t even get a car wash. This has happened to me multiple times with this car wash. The inconsistency of things actually working makes the drive here a waste of time.
