The prices are very fair, and more importantly, they don’t recommend work you don’t need. The owner is also very understanding and patient when you have questions. They’ve even walked me back into the garage to inspect the issue, which not only makes you feel like you’re actually involved in the process of fixing your car, but allows you to have a better record of what went wrong if something happens again.

The only shop in the entire state of WV i trust to work on my vehicle. Any other shop Ive taken my car to either scams me out of money with outrageous labor costs, blatant lies about how long the repairs will take or either dont fix what you brought the car in for or magically find 10 more things wrong with it that you now have to pay $5000 for in order for your car to pass an inspection. Dont bother with any other shop, take your car here EVERY time! Good, fast and honest work!

Actually the mechanics do amazing work.. the owner is weird i was asked not to come back because one of their guys said he could do it cheaper and I agreed not my suggestion not my issue just found it weird ur guy suggested he could do it cheaper I accepted and u ask me not to come back

This is the only place my husband and I trust to work on any of our vehicles!! My late father in law was the one who recommended them to us when we first moved to Huntington since we'd had so many problems with other places wanting to overcharge us or were rude to us. We've taken both of vehicles to them any and every time we've needed anything done to them. We've not been charged an arm and a leg either, and they were extremely fast and very friendly. They have always been up front and honest about any issues they find. We seriously recommend them to everyone!!!

Took my Chevy Cruze to them after Tik-Tok tire said they would not work on it for less than 1300.00, they replaced my timing chain, guides, gear and cover.. they also changed my water pump and oil cooler.. they definitely beat Tik-Tok’s price and they did it fast and efficiently.. car runs great now.. My car was broken down for two months and everyone told me take it to the dealership. Well the dealership tried to sell me a starter for 850.00 and I knew it wasn't the issue. I usually have good experiences here, but I'm extremely disappointed. My car was rear-ended in an accident and recently could not keep a charge. I took it to Quality Auto Generations to figure out why. They told me the battery was bad, I went and paid $200 for a new one...not fixed. They told me my alternator was bad, I paid them $400 to put in a new one for me...problem still not fixed. They told me my NEW battery was shot, so I got another new one on warranty. STILL NOT FIXED. Turns out the new alternator they gave me was bad so they replaced it free of charge. And yet still, my problem persisted. I finally took the car to a different shop to get the damage from the accident assessed for insurance purposes, and what do you know? The shop guy took one brief look at my car, noticed that trunk light was always on because the accident meant I am only able to hold it shut with bungee cords and unable to close it properly, and was immediately able to diagnose that as my problem. The trunk light was causing a severe power draw and constantly killing the battery while the car was off. He disconnected the trunk light free of charge and voilá, my problem was solved and my car works now. I can't believe that I wasted over $600 that I likely will never get back and over a month of my time, with no other reliable transportation available to me, because all the mechanics here couldn't be bothered to notice that my trunk light was always on despite the "trunk open" light on the dash being clearly visible and always on. They looked at my car FOUR TIMES, driving into the shop THEMSELVES each time, and somehow not a single one thought to do anything more than a basic battery and alternator test instead of actually trying to diagnose my problem, and then charged me for a "fix" that may or may not have even been necessary in the first place. I am angry, disappointed, and several hundreds of dollars poorer. I'm rating two stars instead of one because the workers are polite, their prices are fair, and they've done me good in the past, but I won't be coming back again.
