I wish the charge to look at the car would be dropped a bit. To look and not be able to fix it but to diagnose and then charge so much for nothing is really frustrating. To still have to take it elsewhere because they don't have the machinery is so maddening. Out $200 and the car is still a mess.

This is the only place I will take my car! You can’t find a more honest, trustworthy, or affordable garage! Anytime I get an oil change, they do a check up and warn me of any upcoming maintenance. They always give a quote and stay within it (or call and ok any changes). They give an estimate of when you’ll have your car back, and normally it’s done before that.

I was a little hesitant about where to take my car for an alignment, as I had some pretty specialized work that I needed done. Quality Alignment installed aftermarket camber & toe bushings on my 2015 Mercedes C400 and did an excellent job. I had burned through a set of rear tires in 6,000 miles after I lowered the car on coilovers because the camber and toe were way out of wack after lowering. I called Quality and talked it over with them and they were confident they could install the new bushings and get the alignment back into spec.. Dropped it off the night before and by 5pm the next day they had it all completed and aligned out. I drove away and have been super impressed with the complete improvement in the ride and handling of the car. It's night and day how much better it rides out now. Their pricing was super reasonable, they got me booked in really quickly and their communication was excellent. I know where I'll be taking all of my vehicles from now on! Excellent shop that pays attention to details and makes you feel confident in their work!

Came here on the recommendation of a friend and was very pleased with the service. I needed an oil change but also wanted to have my vehicle looked at for some shaking I noticed while braking, as well as get some pricing for my 100000 mile maintenance. The facility was very clean, and while there are seats to wait I opted to get a ride home since I figured it would be a while. Surprisingly, he called within a couple hours and the oil change was complete, they managed to identify what was causing the shaking, and he was able to give me very thorough price breakdown for what needed to be fixed as well as what I would need to look out for approaching a 100000 miles and what prices I could expect for those items. he was very helpful with assisting me in prioritizing things so that I could work within my budget. Over all very happy and will be taking my van back in the future.

This is the most honest and excellent mechanic I have ever taken my car to. In over 15 years experience, they have always taken good care of me and my vehicle. Carlton is friendly and takes time to answer any questions I have. They are extremely thorough and I know when I drive away that my car is safe and everything is in working condition. When I moved to elkhart 2 years ago the serpentine belt slipped off my car. I was doing the go almost overheat stop cool down go almost over heat go to get the 1.5 miles home and came across these guys on the way. I've been with them since and they have not done me wrong. Have since gotten a new new car amd tje clockspring went out on it causing a phsyco horn being tje most annoying and other things not tk work and tje ac had stopped working so had him do that too. He got it going only for 2 days later (stay with me) it to start again and the ac to go out again too. Gave him a call took it back in and he found out he had been sent a bad part. He took care of it no charge accept a valve tjat was needed to fix the ac. He could have charged me for the valve labor to replace it and the ac charge but all he charge me for was the valve. He made it roght plus. Is he tje cheapest mechanic? No but u get the work u pay for and respect even as a woman. Thanks guys u have a customer for as long as u will have me.

Made an appointment for a front and alignment on my 1975 Buick Electra 225. Showed up he got it on the rack and I was out of there in an hour and a half and it is going straight down the road. Reasonable price fast service. Definitely would use them again.
