Janeane's Bernina how do I love you? Let me count the ways!
1. From the first day I went in there they were helpful and and joyful to help.
2. Whenever I have a machine to be serviced or fixed they say 2 weeks (it's code - 2 days) Dewey is best.
3. Classes Amazing
4. My Q16 Long arm. What can I say, I can do it myself. The stitch regulator is a quilters dream. Simple to use and the needles are not specific. It uses regular needles.
There are many more reasons I love them but these are a few.

This place is wonderful. Bridget is so helpful and informative. She took the time to show me what I messed up when cleaning my sewing machine. Now I can do myself. I was able to take that knowledge and share with others. Then yesterday I took my serger in with threading issues. She tried all the same things I did but a couple of ones I did not think of. My poor machine is in shop because it needs a little more help. But I did ask Bridget about a specific serger I saw online, she researched but stated she did not know much about it. She did tell me about one in the store on sale a bit more, I was hesitant but less in money does not make something better. I did purchase. I love back up machines so I can continue projects. This was no high pressure sales, she showed me how to use. I did the math when I got home and even online with the one on sale only 50.00 difference. I am not an expert at all things but I do love to be shown how to do things. Bridget talked at me not above me. She was patient in showing me how to do things. She showed me many times which helps. The atmosphere is calming in the store. Bridget even remembered me from my visit with my sewing machines and the fact I sew for kids in need. Thank you for the kind help and amazing assistance. G

They offer a variety of classes at a fair price. The classes are always fun, and the store makes sure that they have the supplies that are necessary.
