I’m done here my last 4 winter change overs have all made me have to come back and get stuff fixed, that they didn’t do right, after they just swap tires! I’ve had to abandon the TPMS on my car because they kept installing bad parts. I now have 4 failed monitors all new from this store. Then now two time in a row they have failed to balance my tire’s correctly and I had to get them to do it again. Once they said my bands on two tires were broke after I took it back for a recheck, they didn’t even notice it during the balance, come to find out the bands weren’t busted but the tires were never balanced right by them when summer tires were swapped. It’s ridiculous. Then this last time they told me about a tire issue I never heard of. So I goggled and called a tire friend who works at Firestone plant and found Luis was trying to upscale me. Even Googled said they were trying to rip me off! LoL It was a new term making its way around tire dealers to up-sale you. This is exactly why I haven’t bought their tires in over 15 years and now they can’t even install them correctly. Furthermore the customer service here has gone down the tubes compared to when I use to buy tires here. They need complete overhaul of office help/supervisors and maybe owners. You really enter a different level of normal hood as soon as you start biz here. It’s getting weirder.

On our way to the Gorge to see Dave Matthews we had a sudden explosion of my rear parking brake. It sounded so bad I thought my Xterra was toast. Randy rushed us in and said “he wasnt going to let a mechanical issue ruin the weekend”. Literally had me in the shop, up on the lift, and diagnosed the issue within 30min. I cant really put in to words how much I appreciate Randy for being such a stand up guy and turning my lost hope into a minor worry that I could fix when I got home. Randy saved Labor Dave Weekend!!!I seriously would have just taken the guy with us… he deserved to see the show too after being the Hero of our adventure. IF YOU ARENT PAYING HIM THE BIG BUCKS, You arent taking care of your rockstar. Put that man in charge!

I came in for an oil change and a tire-rotation. They said they wouldn’t rotate my tires because they were snow tires (which they aren’t and clearly say “allow weather tires” so idk what the deal with that was) and immediately tried to sell me new tires right then. Overall, the experience was not a horror story or anything, but since they’re definitely not cheap, I’m going to look for a store that is has more communicative and competent service in the future. The oil change was fully synthetic too even though I forgot to specify that…so that was good at least.

These guys are the best, seriously. Went in expecting to pay a thousand dollars to replace an inside dually RV tire. They pulled it all apart, a bit under staffed, so it took about three hours, looked around in some service vehicles and found a rigid extended tire valve and got me on the road for under sixty dollars. Talk about coming out of a high-stress situation on a high note, we were elated to say the least. Les Schawb Tire continues to amaze me and I've been a customer for thirty years or more.

They were wonderful about fixing our tire. It turned out it had two holes in it and we came back for a second repair and they fixed that one also and made sure that was the last hole. There was no charge on any of this work and they were wonderful about all of it. We are on a trip from Kentucky and this is a rental car we picked up in Bozeman Montana heading to Seaside Oregon. They made sure we could be confident for our 300 mile trip.

This was an impromptu visit from a lady and her little boy from another town. They were so nice and helpful and got me in and did my tires in under forty fives minutes in the last hour of the shop. It was obvious the mechanics were tired, but they were nice anyway. My little guy loved his visit and got to watch some great hockey. Thank you so very much

A month ago I took my car here because I thought I had a tire leak and I was desperate to get to Wenatchee asap. The guy working ended up telling me all of my tires were all corded and I didn’t know what that meant but I was panicking and just needed to get to the hospital in Wenatchee so I just paid for new tires. Luckily they were only a little over $500. Anyways I don’t think these look corded and I didn’t make it to Wenatchee soon enough but that part isn’t their fault. I just felt misled.

Terrible customer service today. Last week I came in to schedule an oil change and both fuel filters to be replaced on my ram 2500. I dealt with Isiah who stated that my oil was special order and proceeded to ask if I wanted both fuel filters replaced in which I said yes. He told me the total of which it would be. I got there for my appointment at 8am when they opened and at 10:15 I was told by the lady at the front desk area that the wrong fuel filters were ordered and that it would be just a little longer while they were on the way. Once finished Isiah came in to finish up the paperwork and told me that they had a really tough time and thats why it took so long. I said how the lady told me that the wrong parts were ordered and thats why it took extra time and not that it gave them trouble which he apologized for blatantly lying. He then said that whoever placed the order thought that I wanted only 1 fuel filter replaced and not both and said that was the real reason for the longer time. Whenever I said that he was the one who scheduled my appointment and that he asked me if I wanted specifically both fuel filters replaced and I told him of course that he meant 1 fuel filter and 1 oil filter which doesn't even make sense. He then proceeded to say that in the system it only gave him the option for 1 fuel filter and not 2 fuel filters. When asked how the total would have been the same for 1 fuel filter as it would have been for 2 he became rude and rushy with the rest of the paperwork. Terrible customer service on Isiah's end lying over and over again to make a minor mistake into everybody else's fault.

I came in wanting to get my 2 tires changed. Turns out I need all 4 of them. They explained to me how it worked and for safety measures to prevent accidents, they gave me a better deal on all 4 of them. Leach was able to carefully explain what was happening and how everything was going to work to keep me and others safe on the road. Was able to listen and be respectful and attentive to all my concerns and questions. Gave me an ease of mind when it came to safety of my car. Best customer service anywhere in town. They go above and beyond. Even when the customers coming in are less than outstanding. I sat there and watched customer after customer be void of basic manners, rude, demanding, oblivious or just dismissive. And every-time someone came in… the staff in here greeted them and asked immediately how they could help them. I don’t think I’ve seen service like this anywhere in years. Well done. Please don’t change guys.

I had a thumping noice when accelerating from a stop. Sounded like a flat tire on the right rear but wasn't. I took it in to one repair shop and they wanted about $200 just to do a diagnostic which I didn't really need as there was no codes or anything. I took it one Les Schwab's but they didn't really know what it was. I ended up going to Les Schwab on Stevens in Richland. Randy listened to my situation and made an appointment for me for the following morning for a more in depth evaluation of my vehicle. He drove it and inspected underneath. About 20 minutes later he told it was the carrier bearings needing to be replaced. He gave me a repair shop card he recommended as Les Schwab doesn't do that repair. I was so grateful for the help. I've been a Les Schwab customer for over 30 years at different shops. Some not so great but I really recommend Richland on Stevens. I'm 70, retired on a fixed income and it's so great to be able to trust in what you're being told and not taken advantage of.

I just took in my boat trailer for inspection/service. The check-in was great, just friendly personal service! Alfredo handled the trailer and explained what he looked for and made suggestions on what and when I should take care of in the future. I’m happy because everything was good 👍. Oh, the free popcorn, fresh coffee, magazines and TV was great too 👏😀👍
