I cannot express how grateful I am for this experience. This was my first time using a mobile mechanic about an issue I had to get my CV Axel replaced. My friend and I were having issues getting specific parts removed off my car and Nico was able to provide a level of customer service that was above and beyond. He was able to get this difficult procedure handled in a hastening & diligent manner. His attention to detail and intelligence to automotive issues is unmatched. I was able to get my drivers side cv axel & sway bar link replaced. Amazing prices & amazing/friendly customer service. I highly recommend everyone to use Nico as a professional reference for any mobile mechanical services with your automotive issues. He is the real deal! Was respectful & communicative from the initial call. Very professional & even made himself available earlier than he'd originally said. Worked hard to put the vehicle back together for me & install the water pump I had. Sadly, the head was cracked & there was nothing more he could do. Best quoted rate in the city. I cannot say enough good things about him! I was in a really tight spot, needing someone to put a new radiator in my truck ASAP. It was the weekend and I hadn't had any luck finding anyone who could get the work done quickly or who would even answer the phone. I am so thankful I found this mechanic! He was incredibly professional and kind. He managed to squeeze me into his schedule same day even though it was a bit of a drive for him to get to where I was. He text me an estimate and an ETA within minutes of our phone call, and kept me updated about his arrival time when it took longer to get to me than he'd expected it to. When he arrived he was quick, efficient, professional, and courteous. He gave me some additional follow up care instructions to make sure my truck kept running smooth. And on top of all that his rate for the service and for the mobile fee was very reasonable and affordable. I will absolutely be recommending him to anyone I know who needs service on their vehicle and I'm saving his phone number for the next time I need work done on my truck. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. He does great work and is just the nicest guy you could meet!

While driving to Las Vegas from Vancouver Island Canada we broke down at Sea Tac Washington State .Called Nico at Auto Havyn and he was three hours away on a Sunday evening .By 11 pm he had my Traverse fixed with a new alternator .What a true professional.Very knowledgeable and stands by his work 100%.I can’t thank him enough.Even with the emergency fee the price was reasonable and it saved my trip.

I hired Auto Hayvn(the mechanic's name is Neco I believe) to replace the serpentine belt and tensioner assembly on my 2005 Toyota Camry. The job was completed, but communication was very poor — I’d text in the morning and often get replies late at night. He also didn’t show up at the agreed time or notify me he was running late. The total cost was $630, which is unusually high for this repair (That's what I gathered after the fact). The invoice included extra fees like a “parts pick-up fee” even though the parts store(auto Zone) was only a mile away(literally five minutes). After I raised questions, he offered to install another part “for free” so I wouldn’t feel bitter about the price — which, to me, confirmed that it was indeed excessive. He also forgot one of his tools at my place. After several unsuccessful attempts to coordinate a pickup time, I offered to drop it off at his listed business address — which turned out to be an apartment complex with no specific unit number. That made returning it impossible, and I still have the tool. I noticed all the other reviews are five stars, which made me confident at first. But my experience was very different, so I wanted to share it for anyone else trying to make an informed decision. I’ve attached a picture of the invoice so readers can see the breakdown for themselves. The last picture is the listed business address.
