This place is hidden gem for 5 reasons: cost, work quality, location, promptness, and the friendliness/integrity/fairness of the owner. The location is superb: the Lake Union Streetcar makes it convenient for people working around South Lake Union or downtown, and this (as well as their low cost estimate) is why I initially chose it for work on my wife's car. We were so happy with the quality of the work that I brought my own car in to fix a couple of dents that I'd previously neglected. More recently, I've been back a third time after my car was hit. In all cases, their estimate was considerably lower than others. In all cases they did a superb job in both the basics of repair and the paint blending and they made the cars look new. In all cases I was treated fairly. And in all cases, the work was done promptly so the cars were ready when promised. I have never been as happy with auto work (of any kind), and I guess my return business speaks for itself.

Boris is great! Based on the reviews here, I visited Boris today asking for help with a dent on my bumper, and they held true. Boris said "that's not a dent, it's paint from another car", cleaned off the paint with a shop towel, and gave me lots of advice on how to make my car sparkle. Clearly, I knew nothing about auto body, and Boris could have easily convinced me into paying a hundred bucks or more to solve the problem. Even when I offered, he refused to take a penny for his effort. I mentioned his Google reviews, and he rolled his eyes. Great guy! I was real sad to hear that his landlord is ending the lease this month, and he is moving the shop close to Sea-Tac. Good luck to Boris!

Outstanding experience! I have not had a customer service experience like this, well come to think about it, I don't think ever. Boris is top notch all around, he takes great pride in the whole process, and it really shows. Highly recommended. He repaired, as good as new, an issue with rust/corrosion where my license plate attaches to my car. Very happy and you will be too. He explained everything very clearly and provided different repair options.

Called for a new bumper quote. The owner told me he charges $50 for an estimate so he does not waste his time. I have never heard of an auto body shop that does not give out estimates of how much they charge for a service without a payment. especially seeing I am traveling to him, he is not traveling to me to fix my car. why would i need to pay you $50 to tell me how much you would charge me for a new bumper?
