During the time visiting my parent, the car's battery is dead-> get the jumper -> back to live but still dead repeatedly after some minutes chatting with my parent. Therefore, manage get to this Speedy shop. The plus is their store opens Sunday!!! And very near my parent house. Just 10 minutes walking exercise :) after drop off at the shop for replacing new battery, get back to the road since the job is done right!

Awesome service from AJ. I called to ask about an exhaust rattle and he said bring it in. He told me that their exhaust guy was not in but he'll take a look. He put the car up on the lift and took him less than 5 minutes to find the problem and advise me on the best course of action. Best of all, he did this without charging me a penny. Honest guy, I'll definitely be going back to get my exhaust fixed.

I had a wonderful experience here! I went in because the third cylinder on my car was misfiring, and Charles was the first person who greeted me and also recommended that I get a tune up. I thought he was going to ask me to come back for my car, but he took care of everything in under an hour! He was a very nice gentleman, and he even repaired a broken fuse! He was kind, thorough, and quick. This is the ONLY place that I will be going for car repairs in the future. I wasn't given the run-around, charged outlandishly, or given subpar service. The quality of service that you will receive at Speedy Shop will be exceptional for what you pay. I promise!

I came in for an oil change, brought my own oil and filters, and was quoted $150, when normally they would charge me almost $100 for using their products. When replacing the air filter, they noticed motor oil on the filter and said the PCV valve was the problem. They didn't try to upsell me. They quoted me a price and time, and I left as agreed. I do recommend this place; AJ is the owner and always treats you with respect. In addition to the excellent customer service, AJ's shop also has a reputation for being efficient and transparent with its pricing. Many customers appreciate that they don't feel pressured into unnecessary services or upgrades. The attention to detail shown by the staff when they noticed the issue with the air filter speaks to their commitment to providing quality service. AJ's dedication to treating customers with respect has likely contributed to the positive reviews and recommendations for his shop.

Bunch of scammers. One worker price doesn’t match with another worker. They charged my cousin $100 for regular oil change. The first worker said $60 and when going back to get the car after it’s done another worker(owner) told $100. Mind you this charge is for a regular Toyota Prius oil change. No extra service wasn’t done. Even the dealership charges less. They target to scam women customers thinking they don’t know much about car Maintenance costs. It’s a Japanese car not European engine oil you scam bags. What a shame. Watch out they will same you easily. You can’t succeed by scamming people in this business. I hope your downfall is soon. Never ever suggesting anyone reading this going to get any service from Speedy Shop👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻😡🤬

I stopped in with a jammed trailer axel. The fix was simple and literally just required jacking up the trailer to let the suspension reset. The owner did it in two minutes at no charge then helped me back out. Very nice people and shop!

In jan of 2024 my personal vehicle was brought to this shop for a knocking noice of the rear right of the vehicle. The vehicle was looked over by the mechanic and was diagnosed with a bad wheel bearing a verbalquotation of 350 USD was provided. And the time frame of the vehicle to be done and ready was about4-6 hours. At the end of the day the vehicle was then not ready and the owner(myself) was provided a horible driving barely runing oil burning vehicle compact vehicle to get myself to sent home and get back to the site in tacoma. This was all interaction between the vehicle owner and the employee of speedy shop. The owner of this business meets the owner of the vehicle on the site and explains that the vehicle had a broken wheel beating and it would take more time than orignally quoted. And after multiple days of follow up the vehicle was ready after 4 weeks althrought the owner of the shop never made contact until the vehicle was ready and instead of explanation i got a blame for having a vehicle beought to them to be worked on. The quote that was verbally provided was then completely discaded and then a new DEMAND of 1500 USD was made and then a threat to “watch” what happens when i don’t pay was also served.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND SPEED AND PROFESSIONALISM!!! I stopped by for an oil change.....sure no problem no wait, in and out in what seemed minutes. 2 hours later found out I needed 2 new front tires asked if they had used BOOM! They had them drove back ZERO WAIT AGAIN pulled right in and they immediately started working.I know everyone won't get the ZERO WAIT but you cannot and will not go wrong coming here. They made a new customer for life today. Thanks Guys!!

They are cheap. However, they do terrible work. I had an engine swapped in my car and they: * Never screwed in the air box * Created a short by not grounding the electrical harness * Never screwed in the starter * Missing screws in heat shields and dust covers I had to bring the car back 3 times for them to fix it and they took months to even get it back to me in the first place. It now has a significant transmission leak due to the damage they did to my transmission when they did the swap. They never owned up to it even after I got other master mechanics to certify the damage they did to the flex plate, torque converter, and input shaft. I've spent thousands of dollars trying to get the car in a usable state. They straight up lied to me about the delays and underlying issues. I have mechanical knowledge. If you don't, they will take advantage of you. Even if you do, they'll still lie to you until you call them out on it.
