After having our car serviced we noticed an oil spot in our garage that led us to wonder if we maybe had a leak or if it wasn’t capped right or something. Never had this issue with McCurley Honda before. Service is closed on Sundays and we were really worried about how I would get to work the next day with my long commute. The service manager, Nick, came to our home on his day off, cleaned the spot on our garage floor, checked the oil levels in our vehicle, brought it down to the shop himself, and put it on the lift to make sure it was all cleaned up and that there were no issues. Not only did he do all this on his own time- he also noticed (embarrassingly enough) my fuel light came on when he was bringing it back to us. We live very close so it was definitely not necessary but he FILLED our tank! Very nice, professional, and cares about the customer.

McCurley was great for my purchase of 2023 Honda Ridgeline. They didn’t make me feel they were doing me a favor like our local Honda dealer in Wenatchee. Plus they were willing to negotiate on a new 2023 giving me $2000 off before we even started. I will return in spring 2024 for a new purchase for my wife. Note: I have a Honda dealer 4 miles from my house, yet I’m more than willing to drive 130 miles to McCurley Honda to get great service and honesty.

Recently, I gave this company a bad review because I was extremely frustrated with the service they provided. However, the GM and I spoke and we have came to an understanding with both of us apologizing for the events leading to the prior negative review. I am happy to say, I am giving his team another shot and they are still willing to accommodate me even after the final straw for me was not their error. Called a month or two ago for a front passenger wheel well cover, was happy with the quote I received from someone there in parts that told me it’d be $17. Got around to calling today to go see about picking up the part and it’s now quoted at $89 then $98 in the same phone conversation I had. Guy I spoke with name was Ed, said he’d been there 30+ years doesn’t recall speaking with me but go figure managed to hike the price from $89 to $98 in less than 2 minutes. This time around apparently I have to ask for some sort of price quote confirmation seeing as how they will hike up their prices at will. Ironically enough I left a similar review some year’s back because their service department had the worst habit of over charging and over quoting my girlfriend for the same basic services I’d receive. Spoke with a “GM” who took no accountability and blamed it on poor training and inadequate staffing. Prolly why I continue to deal with the same bs problems. No one there knows how to take accountability to the point they have someone with over 30+ years misquoting and hiking up prices at will. I love my Honda but that is at no doing of Mccurley’s. This place is the worst. The staff is lacks any sort of accountability or integrity for that matter. I try to keep my exchanges to the bare minimum with this dealer and I’d encourage you to do the same. Sham of an operation.

Our car had an engine cover detach from the bottom of the car and was scraping on the pavement as we were driving. Went to the Honda service center there, and they were quick to help us fix the issue despite being heavily busy. Only took an hour of our time and only charged us $20 bucks. Customer service was awesome!

I waited for a part for my car and a recall part When it arrived, I was informed. My wife needed the car. I tried to call the service department three times the next week and the switch board transferred my call to service which did not answer. I drove in and spoke to the service assistant yesterday. He then told me that since the recall fuel pumps are not in stock, I can't get a replacement for a month!

had an appt set for 1115 AM for a tire rotation, when i get to the dealership they tell me id pay $150 for a tire alignment and i told them i had scheduled a rotation. they take my keys and say they’ll have it out soon. 1200 pm rolls by and i even google how long a tire rotation takes google says 15-45 min with oil change. i have an electric car so i dont need that. i ask the front service desk when it’ll be done they say 1300pm 2 hours after my scheduled appt because they are running behind. there is no point in scheduling an appointment if they won’t honor your appointment time. the front desk clerk was atleast and helpful but it’s frustrating sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours when this service should’ve been done within an hour. not to mention it took me a month to get this appointment do not waste your time here.

*DISHONEST* POOR SERVICE* 1st time Took my Pilot in for P0200 error which is for faulty fuel injectors. There is a bulletin out for repair. McCurley did a diagnostics and said the repair had previously been done for my Pilot before from a previous owner. And that is was the cat. Repaired the cat and issue continued. 2nd time I took my car in maybe 1-1/2 later with still same error. This time I was told it was fuel injectors and I mentioned the bulletin they agreed to fix but it was COVID, part was back ordered 6+ months “part was ordered”. I NEVER HEARD BACK. 3rd time 1-1/2 yr later I called to check status of injectors. They found NO record they were ever ordered. Spoke to a “manager” who “BLAMED EVERYONE QUITTING ON HIM” with a snarky tone instead of an apology. He “ordered” the injectors and stated it will take 3 months. 4th time I called 9 months later and STILL NO ORDER was placed! Spoke to the same “manager” who vaguely remembered me “and didn’t know” why the order didn’t go through He did agree to replace the injectors by this time I was out of warranty 3-4 later. They did have them in stock and FINALLY REPAIRED MY PILOT. It was like pulling teeth!

this a quick in and quick out stop. couldn't have gone better if I planned it. they where closed when I got there but a rep... came out and assisted me took a look at my car and seen I didn't need the recal replaced on my 2018 civic si. and let me go after signing a peace of paper. in and out 5 minutes tops. that's service with a smile.
