Stay away, took 2 weeks to get appt, never got confirmation, they cancelled 30 min before appt time when I called them to confirm they didn't seem to know I was even scheduled, then cancelled due to weather even though it never rained that day. Took 2 more weeks to get appt again no confirmation and I called day before to confirm, the guy was rude and cancelled because he didnt like the way our conversation was going. Wow, awesome customer service NOT and if you want a reliable company , dont waste your time and go thru this aggravation. If I could give a zero I would just from my interaction with them. Not happy!!!

There’s nothing quite like the smell of a fresh clean car... I had a lot of salt build up on my carpets, cat hair stuck in every crevice, sticky who knows what all over the dash and console area. At my convenience, Queen City Detail took care of all of this! I was met at my place of work and greeted with a friendly tech! Upon notice that my car was finished, I could not believe my eyes! IT LOOKED LIKE A NEW CAR. SO CLEAN!!! Thank you Queen City Detail for committing your time and commitment to an overall quality, customer experience. I will be using your services again!
