I paid 600 dollars to.change my plugs I got it back after 2 comebacks finally get it done right a year half later I found out my plugs were never changed you ripped me off Tipton you lost a customer

Excellent service, went for an oil change and they checked brake pads, battery terminals for corrosion, all liquid levels, tire condition, etc. They let you know if something is wearing out, and you decide if you want to replace it, good things to know for preventive maintenence.

I made and appointment for a oil change for 1:15 pm and o am still here at 3:00 when I question them about it they lied and said That they couldn’t find my appointment then to top it off they refused a coupon for $38:88 oil change Time to find a new place for a oil change.. people who are working in the quick lane seemed to be more interested in the use of their phones than working with coustomers

If you own a Ford this is the place to take it for maintenance and repairs. You know it goes with some maintenance shops where they will miss diagnose the issue, this guy's have been spot on the few times I had to take old Sheila for maintenance.

On June 6,2016 I had 120K service done on my vehicle in preparation for a trip to CA for a funeral. The oil was not changed because the synthetic still had half life left. After the services I went to Quik Lane in CA where I have had service done for years prior to returning to TX. After the oil was changed I was told all that was left was tire rotation. I explained what I had done before I left TX and was shown that tires had not been rotated. I told them to leave them, I'll take it back to Q.L. 6-13-16, in TX... Well I asked Erasmo if my tires had been rotated, he said "yeah, I saw him do it". I told him and showed him what I had discovered.. He back tracked and said "let me ask the tech". He came back and said the tech did not remember rotating the tires.........WHAAAT....REALLY... so lets recap...(1) Report says tires rotated, brake pads, rotors checked (without taking off the tires, Really), (2) Service Rep Erasmo lies to me, ("Yeah, I saw him do it"), no get lost attitude, until he remembers social media, then says "leave the car we'll make it right. Make It Right... It should have been done right the first time. (3) $600 later, I now have to have the car inspected to make sure the other "Required Services" were done, or if the either the lazy or incompetent tech forgot to do something else...........Well need to new truck soon, but not from Tipton Motors. And servicing my vehicle will be done probably by the local Chevy dealer. Plus the have nice looking trucks as well....

Had an appointment at 10a.m. and drove 35 mi to get there. Was told upon arrival that computer was being updated and to come back at 1pm to see if computer software update was done. I asked why they couldn't have called as a courtesy. I also asked them to complete oil change while writing down info and manually enter later. Was told to have a good day while their back was turned to me as they walked away. Ashamed I can't leave you a zero to go along with your zero customer service skills.

Service Advisor Eliud Tovar and the Team are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They hooked me up with a ride home so I didn't have to wait on site while my car was getting serviced and picked me up when work was completed (Shuttle driver dude's Customer Service and humor was on point). 10/10 Would definitely recommend, totally coming back.

Theft of wallet! Please make sure you look out for things that can be stolen while your vehicle is in service. My son had his vehicle serviced here and his wife’s wallet was stolen from the front console! We called to make a report and the Service Manager Ramiro Santiago made it seem like we were lying and that it was our fault for leaving the wallet inside. Wow. Absolutely disappointed in how he treated us, the customer and how we was vouching for his serviceman on how ethical he is and he doesn’t think he took the wallet. He told us that he would review the cameras and get back to us but that he wasn’t liable for lost items. Which it wasn’t “lost” it was stolen! Till this day no-one has called and he said if we wanted that we should make a police report if we feel that they did take it. Insinuating I was lying. Which my son has made a police report and we will not stop till justice has been made! My son normally takes his vehicle to Edinburg location and this would be the last time we take our vehicle here for any service or future purchases. Absolutely disgusting.

Came in for an oil change was quoted on price, after they did the service they added and additional $50 on top of it. Don't recommend using this place, I won't be coming back.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and transparency from this service department. I visited for an alignment, and within 15 minutes, my vehicle was ready. However, when I left, the steering wheel was still off-centered. I returned and inquired about the alignment, and the service advisor assured me it had been completed. When I requested a copy of the alignment report, the technician claimed to be “out for the day” and couldn’t reboot the system to provide it. Despite a technician conducting a test drive with me and verbally confirming the alignment, the steering wheel remained misaligned. The service advisor scheduled a follow-up appointment for Monday to obtain a report and investigate the alignment further. Over the weekend, I decided against returning to the dealership. I requested a refund and inquired if the technician would obtain a copy of the report for the service advisor. The advisor responded that the machine had erased all data after the reboot and shutdown. I am completely dissatisfied with this dealership and will not recommend it to anyone.

"Quick Lane" is false advertising. First in line at 07:30 for the first recommended oil change for my brand new truck. It took 3 hours for the oil change. They topped off my DEF that was 90% when I arrived. Charged me $50 for a 2.5 gallon jug of DEF that is half that cost anywhere else. They only used half for the top off and gave me the rest of the jug. They spilled half of that DEF top off down the side of my truck leaving a white residue. Not sure what that's going to do to my paint. Greasy fingerprints left all over my truck. I told them I wouldn't be back Use this incompetent place if you choose.
