★☆☆☆☆ Waited an entire hour before they finally got to my car. They then told me they couldn’t do the tire because the lug nut would not come off. Now they sheared the lug nut off and cannot put the tire back on and I’m stuck in Brownsville. Use literally any other place. They will not give us our money back and told us we are out of luck basically. So now me and my car are both stuck in Brownsville. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

★★☆☆☆ Very dissatisfied with Sam’s tires warranty and customer service. The warranty seems to be designed to force the client to purchase a new tire so not a very convenient investment. Twice they denied simple patching and sent me off without a repair while having a flat tire, leaving the client at risk. Their go-to suggestion was to order a new tire which would take several days to arrive, since they don’t carry my tire size in the store. The attitude of the workers and manager was very nonchalant, which sends the message that they don’t really care about the client. :-( Overall very inconvenient, a waste of money, and not great customer service. Would not recommend. 👎🏼
