Recently purchased a used car from Ramiro and it broke down immediately. Ramiro gave 1-month warranty. Now he will not return phone calls and is avoiding us. 0 help fixing the car. You are a mechanic shop selling bad vehicles and not honoting your guarantee. I will also be reporting this business and its unethical practices to the BBB.

Romero & Santiago at Quick Service, I can’t believe I haven’t written a review by now. I’ve been going here for approximately 7 years. Never Never disappointed!!! Highly recommend!!! Customer service is exceptional & exceeding my expectations Every Time. The warranty on all 3 vehicles I have ran out with Dealerships. I take all of them here now. Service them here & save money.About a month ago I was getting gas and truck wouldn’t start as I was waiting in line, It was during rush hour. Called AAA it took for ever for them to get there. I called Quick Service & they waited until I arrived to close. It was close to an hour or more after closing time. It ended up being the starter. Had it back the next day. I’ve had all 3 vehicles in there several time & back in reasonable time. Another thing I like is Romero will quote me manufacture’s parts & used prices. Santiago is his repair & maintenance worker & knows exactly what to do. Both Romero & Santiago cares about their clients & have a very kind & honest heart. Please try them out & I promise you be So Happy with your vehicle & experience.

I've known Ramiro, owner of Quick Service for more than 10 years now. I have multiple vehicles that he's been servicing and I am satisfied with his work on all my three cars. Ramiro went to school to study this craft afterwards to different car dealerships in Santa Clarita valley before he put his own shop Ruerher ave and Soledad Canyon. I come from the Philippines 🇵🇭 originally with the degree in business administration and I have trusted Ramiro knowing he is a honest man. Ramiro hired another fantastic mechanic by name of Santiago and they work together they do the job perfectly. Ramiro is of course master. I am always grateful and thankful to him for the job well done to my vehicles. My wanted to have an SUV for a change because I had a semi classic Toyota minivan that I'd been using for years. Romero Castillo is the business owner of Quick Service and services all makes and models. He is very genuine and cares not only about the vehicle, he cares about the customer. Mr. Castillo will not let you be stranded, and with one call to his conveniently located service shop, he will be there for you. He is a great person and adds value to the neighborhood because he is a dedicated professional mechanic. He loves his work. I have known Romero for nearly ten years, and he offers fair pricing, with genuine and honest assessment of any vehicle repairs. In fact, his expertise kept my 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer running smoothly for the full life of the vehicle, 23 years! I loved that car and he made it fun to keep it running! Romero offers true analysis for any potential repair and, in fact, keeps costs down by preventing mechanical issues that otherwise would occur. I learned of his Quick Service shop from the Jiffy Lube on the corner, as they referred me to Quick Service on Ruether, stating he is highly regarded for the superior vehicle services he offers in town. I like taking all of my family's cars (5) to Quick Service auto repair shop because of their knowledge of most import and domestic vehicles. Their prices are competitive in comparison to all shops I have taken my vehicles for repairs. I have never had any issues after any repairs. The part I like the most about Quick Service is when Ramiro makes suggestions on future repairs without pushing on you to do the repair. This past three months I have taken four of the vehicles for maintenance and some repairs. Next week I will be taking my wife's car for 100K miles maintenance routine. Lastly, the repairs get done on the time agreed by Ramiro and I so I can have the cars available for my family so they can get to work on time. Thank you Ramiro for everything you do for my family.

Personally I think Ramiro is hands down the best mechanic in Santa Clarita. I wouldn't take a vehicle anywhere else unless I had no choice. Every time I have taken a vehicle somewhere else I end up bringing it back here and paying Ramiro to fix whatever the other mechanic couldn't. Ramiro Castillo is the best mechanic in the area. For welding I would use Darren back on the corner of Oak St. and Santa Clara.
