This guy would be good if he would follow instructions. When you ask him if he's going to write your order down he says "nah, I got it." That's your warning sign. Then when you pick up your stuff and point out he missed part of what you wanted, he blames you, and does a crappy looking fix. Then when you ask him to cover the part that looks crappy he cancels the entire order and leaves you in a lurch. I get you want to leave early on a Friday. But maybe write your orders down so you don't end up in this situation. Disappointing.

I do not recommend this shop. I went there with a very simple task that I needed completed and that was to put a seat cover I ordered on ebay on a seat that I already prepped and was ready to go. I left the seat there and told the guy what I wanted. The next day I get a call saying that the seat cover doesn't fit so I immediately came over. Do note that the seller on ebay has pictures of this seat cover on the same seat and has sold hundreds of skins. The boss wasn't there again when I showed up to see the seat and I talked to the guy working there. I looked at the seat and they had added an inch of foam to the entire thing... So they were unable to show me that the seat skin didn't fit. I said why did you add this foam? The seat was perfectly fine. It was a 25 year old seat with the cleanest foam you will ever find. I didn't get an answer and was told to come back in four days after there vacation to talk to the boss. I called the boss that night 3 times and was unable to leave a voicemail. I emailed him and told him whats going on and my concerns. 4 days later I get a call in the morning rudely telling me that I sent him (the boss) a nasty email and to come pick up my seat. He had pulled the foam off. I showed up and took the seat. Its now covered in glue and hopefully in good enough shape that it doesn't need to be modified. This shop refused to do what I asked with MY product and modified my very hard to find seat with out asking me and with no intention of telling me whats going on. I NEVER told the shop to modify or make me a new seat cover but when I saw the seat that's what they were doing. I wish this shop would have never messed with my seat with out prior approval. I will NEVER go here again and I recommend everyone else find a better shop. Even if you have to go out of town. You deserve better customer service and a more legitimate shop to go to.

New convertible top on my BMW started to leak water after install. Took it back and they damaged the storage area where the top nests into the trunk area. Left glue everywhere on the rubber seals on top of the dame to the storage area. Then they didn't tell me. I didn't notice for a few months later. Figured it was useless going back afterward. Not happy with their lack of honesty.

I took my '07 Honda Goldwing seat there in an effort to get a little more long distance comfort. I was quoted a plan and a reasonable price, so I left the seat behind. The next day I was informed the cover had been removed and a problem was discovered that put the heated seat pads in jeopardy. He was willing to proceed but was very frank that the the heated seats could be damaged or may not be able to warm my butt. I declined to go on. My seat was returned to stock that day. I watched some of the work and in true Wing fashion it was a PITA. I appreciated he stopped and addressed me with a problem rather than just forging ahead so he could collect his money. Especially since it's likely to be some time before the weather will require the heaters. Sometime not doing the job is more important (in my book) than covering up a poor/failed job.

Waiting way too long to get my Ragtop redone. Researched and interviewed a lot of upholstery shops and went with HQAU! Robert did an excellent job installing my new Ragtop on my 95’ Celica convertible. When he took the top off he noticed that whoever installed the previous top broke bolts and bent and messed up the gutter piece. 😢 Robert was able to straighten and fix it where it should work when it rains. I also had the cables replaced as well. See before and after photos below. Friendly, fair pricing and very happy. ❤️
