I came in with a flat tire that had side wall damage and couldn’t be repaired. Juan found the same tire I had and talked through options with me, whether I should replace just the one tire or two since the tread was pretty worn already. He suggested comparable tires in a more affordable line that have a longer wear and was able to get them on while I waited. Jesus rang me up and ended up helping me a week later when my other care needed more air in both the tires. Both employees made me feel welcome and informed, something I don’t always get when dealing with car stuff, especially with my two small kids in tow. We’re new in town and will be regular customers.

It is a great feeling to find a reliable mechanic shop you could trust, I stopped by for an oil change and now been a customer with Firestone for two years. These guys are totally honest and have always done an amazing job. Owner and staff really know how to treat customers with respect and integrity all I gotta say is great service and great prices. Honest and trustworthy...Highly recommended!

Been going here for 10+ yrs. Reza/Jesus/Juan are all great guys. Very honest shop with reasonable prices. These guys always go the xtra mile with service....for example when I drop my car of they always offer me a ride back home. Do yourself a favor and give them a try 👍🏻

This place is a rip off. I had bought 2 tires on line and wanted them be balanced and mounted. The guy working there told me $150. I went to toyota dealership and they charged me $85. Do your research first, before blowing your hard earned money on scamming clowns like this place.

Was asked 35 dollar just to see "diagnose a flat tire" 35 plus fixing the issue when it was a simple nail that was fixed elsewhere for 20 dollar only.

Was quoted one price so I brought my truck in and quoted another price twice as much and after repairs were done the price was $150 dollars more! I will never go back I could have gone to a dealership for the same price and time! Needless to say I'll never go back!

I went here yesterday to get my fleet vehicle serviced with brand new tires. If you know anything about fleet vehicles, there is a process of getting the repairs approved first. The guys working here were very patient and nice about the entire situation. They even made special arrangements to get the tires to the shop once I told them that I needed to be on a job site. Once everything got approved, they changed out the tires in less than 30 minutes. Very professional work they do here. I would definitely recommend going here if you’re in this area.

Happen to walk into the store, and the manager a I don’t know if he’s a manager short haired guy with an accent was kind of rude and even though in the book it shows 35 minutes per side he said it doesn’t matter. They charge an hour per side because that’s what they want to do and they were extremely rude and also explain to them that their handicap there’s people parked in the handicap from their store and they said it doesn’t really matter and started laughing as if it was a joke they’re tacky. I wouldn’t go to this place because they overcharge and they’re not following the laws.

Dont buy your tires here, because there staff have bad actitud and and they wont help you with a flat tire, or they will tell you to leave the car 3 to 4 hours to fix a flat tire. Also they laugh at my circumstances when i need them to help me. Really bad Customer Service.
