I would definitely be cautious going to these locations their employees fraudulently sign you up for the monthly car wash plans, then when you call to figure things out the "manager" is extremely rude and offers little to no help. She said that she has a signed brochure saying that I agreed to the monthly payments BUT THE EMPLOYEE FILLED IT OUT AND SIGNED IT, I never signed anything..

This is probably the worst car wash in Albuquerque. They are closed 1/4 the time, everything is broken 1/4 the time, and the employees never pre soak the car with the hand blasters, which can lead to scratching etc. This place needs way better maintenance and staff. Adding to this review. Its 1 year later and the employees still are not trained. No service at the machine and they do not use the blasters to pre rinse your car. Staying with Champion.

Update: 10/9/2023 - it's been two months and the manager hasn't even attempted to contact me regarding the damage to my vehicle. At this point I am going to have to contact counsel and take legal action. I suggest avoiding this place lie the plague if you value your vehicle and don't want it damaged. I fully expect them to pay but only when forced to by a court. You'll be hearing from me again very soon. Original Review: (August 2023) The wheel shine slider at the end of your wash has a yellow metal bar that slammed the corner of my car, denting it and chipping the paint. When I asked to see a manager I was just stonewalled and handed a form to fill out. That said I'd hear something in 5 days. I'm waiting on contact after filing a complaint on paper and cancelling my membership. There have also been two times where the same lady was working the entrance of the carwash, that she can't seem to operate correctly, has had me reverse on the rails and over the rollers and proceeds to start the machine while my car is still in reverse. This really freaked me out and I'm concerned about future damage. It was great to have my car washed so close to home but this is intolerable and inexcusable. So unprofessional.

I'd consider myself a regular to this car wash. My vehicle was pretty dirty from a road trip. When I pulled up to the kiosk, i asked the girl if this wash was going to get my car clean. (I always buy the best wash, which is a bit more expensive than other places, but I like the convenient location). She said she didn't know. I asked if it didn't get it clean, could I run my vehicle through again. She said, "No, we don't do that." She said she felt like it should do a pretty good job but wasn't really sure. She really was ok with me paying a premium price and driving out of this business with my car not being clean and not being happy with my purchase. She told me i was welcome to go somewhere else.

I bring my work vehicles here ALL the time. I vacuum then I go through the wash. I've been doing it this way for at least the past 3 years. On 6.27.24. I was vacuuming one of the vehicles like always when a male worker approached me and told me I had to get a wash 1st before vacuuming. I'VE NEVER HAD TO DO THIS BEFORE! He said it was protocol. Never heard it before! I politely said "OK" as I already started vacuuming and was planning on getting a wash already, then the worker turned the vacuum off on me. No warning. No nothing. He made you loose my personal and professional business. I will drive out of my way now to avoid this establishment. Your workers should be cleaning up the trash around the areas and hanging up the hoses and unjamming them... not being a P.O.S 1st thing in the morning. Looks like they aren't aware of their roles well enough with all the trash laying around and hoses clogged.

Worst car wash ever! Broke a tail light and left scratches!!!! The car isn’t even fully clean and when u ask for money back they can’t do it!! So mad!!! It’s a brand new car to!!!

Absolutely horrible! Did not get my $14 car wash. Drove around to see if the car wash was broken to be attacked by an employee who said I endangered the lives of the employees. I have no idea how because the only employee I saw did not speak to me once and there was no screen advising to put the car in neutral. Nothing! They endangered my safety by not have directions on how to use their services.

The Unser and McMahon location is much better. I only come to this location if I do a wash on my lunch break since its close to my work. This location never does the powerwash when enter in to get dust off your car. The lights in the car wash do not work. And the signs that tell you whwre you are at are broken. Also, for some reason I never get my full wash at this location. At Unser and McMahon I get the buff and dry with my membership. For some reason this location never does the buff and dry. I feel like the wash is not as good at this location. But I can't tell if I am getting the same thing since the signs don't work. They also switched stickers so now its a big white sticker that has to go on the outside of your car. Previously they had a clear sticker with a barcode on the inside. Which was way more descrete. The sticker on the outside comes off easily in the weather and they charge for a replacement.

Friendly attendant was refreshing. I thought all automatic car washes are the same, this was the best and less $ than what we've been using. Definitely will be coming back.

I usually stick to this car wash because of the $7 deal—it’s quick and reliable. But yesterday, I decided to get a Quick Shine. I had to pay $10 for the most affordable wash, and honestly, it was disappointing—the bristles didn’t even reach my car properly. I had to hand wash my car once I got home. Also, how many more car washes need to open up? These places are hard on the environment.

This is the worst car wash I've ever had!!!! They used a pressure washer before they washed it, how do you mess something that easy up, I could have probably trained a homeless man to clean this car better than they did. If they clean cars like this I can only imagine how terrible their management is or they're hygiene for that matter....

Watch it. Something must be lacking calibration with those brushes (is that a hydraulic system?) that pushes the brushes against you car? I took two cars through in two days (thought I'd give this carwash a try). The first day, a 2021 SUV, the driver side rearview mirror got pushed back and folded- no big deal the mirror was meant to fold inwardly on that car. Day 2, older car, the brushes pushed so hard it broke the mirror. There is no excuse for this. It is property damage. Is it worth it? No way. Back to Mister Carwash. Thanks.

Came from Los Lunas to use this car wash and my car is as dirty as it was when I went in. I spoke with the worker on duty who called his boss and they would not let me rerun the car. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Find a better place with better customer service!

So I have used Mister Car Wash for a few years and then moved away where they had none so when I came back I found quick shine. Quick shine has left my car the absolute shiniest and cleanest I have experienced here in Albuquerque as I have gone through Champion as well. The staff at the Lomas in Wyoming location where extremely nice and helpful and the vacuums are strong and powerful as well. Just really impressed thus far thank you.

This place deserves all the stars! The employees consistently go above and beyond to make sure your car goes through the wash smoothly and without any damage. On top of that, they lend towels to help dry your car and offer interior shine at no extra cost. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and their cars. Excellent every time 👏🏽
