I would like to give this place 5 stars because they fixed a front axle that was damaged by another mechanic, finding the problem when they were doing an oil change, the mechanic work was great, but when you get an oil change you expect the mechanic to check the dipstick and make sure there's enough oil in the engine, and when they pulled the axle out of the transmission, transmission fluid spilled out a lot all over the floor (I saw that myself) well they finished and I drove home, deciding to check the fluid levels myself, engine oil was 1 quart short (dipstick was dry) and I checked the transmission fluid, it was a quart low also, it was troubling because they knew that I was driving to California the next day, had I trusted that they did the right thing I might have damaged my engine and transmission, all said and done it turned out ok.. but why wasn't both fluid levels checked before the car left the garage 🤔

I took my car to this guy..trying to help a small business. I didn't check if they were AAA approved, WHICH THEY ARE NOT! Nor did I check if they were accredited with the BBB, WHICH THEY ARE NOT! I spent over $4,000 and he has yet given me my final receipt. I don't think that he pays taxes. I saw that they WERE 5 Star rated...😂😂😂

The owner Steve ripped me off for $1500. Car broke down 14 hours later, upon return he kept my car for over 30 days, while he remained closed during business hours. I filed a case with the BBB only to find out he has a F rating and still displayed the BBB sticker in his window. He will not return calls, I've left work countless times only for his shop to be closed. I would not use this place!!!!! They are not trustworthy! I will now have to get a lawyer to recover my money.

Literally the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Steve had the car back to us within 4 days. However he failed to fix our car correctly the first time . Whatever, people make mistakes. We took it back to him, I personally talked to Steve and he told me they would get it figured out. 30 days later I'm calling to see what the deal is? He tells me sorry the engine light is still on "I think it may be the valves" now this was the first I've heard of the valves even being in play. So I responded with "how do I register a car with the engine light on"? His response was simple, "LET ME SEE WHAT I CAN DO TO MAKE IT PASS EMISSIONS TEST.". 3 days later I get a call saying I got it to pass come pick up the car (engine light still on) and the emissions paper........ And now the Air conditioner (the original fix) is causing the car to surge up to 5k rpms when turned on. $1500 wasted at this place. Do yourself a favor and do not trust this shop!!!

I took my car to Steve when it was overheating. He answered the phone politely asked my name and told me to bring it right in. I called 2 other places, 1 told me it would be a week before they could look at it, and the other never answered the phone. I was not expecting a call the same day but Steve called me and said he had it all fixed and gave me a very reasonable price. He also remembered that I worked late so he offered to coordinate the pickup of my car so I would have it for work the next morning! Thank you Steve. Went in for leaks. "Steve," himself said there were none and charged me over $200. I still find "dripping, " as he put it under my vehicle leaving a dark oily spot. I know it's the oil pan gasket and could do it myself, but I am disabled and that's why I took it here. Never again! Hope you get a bigger turkey than me this Thanksgiving.
