Oh my gosh... this shop is amazing! I needed a windshield replaced immediately... got scheduled for 1 day later... that morning I found out I didn't have glass coverage so I had to pay out-of-pocket. Learning this, the shop (manager Leah) offered me an incredible discount, which made paying cash not a bank-breaker! Thank you all so much! Leaving Rio Rancho NM, driving to DFW a rock bounced up and chipped my windshield on I-25 South. I Googled windshield repair and my wife read reviews. I drove just a couple of miles off I-25 to find Auto Glass Now. They came out and inspected the damage. They were very honest and straight forward. They didn't try to up sale me and for half of what I paid in July in Dallas for just about the same thing. We were back on the road in about 30 minutes. They are very friendly and professional. I recently went to AGN on San Pedro. The overall experience and results were pretty terrible. I was a victim of a large rock flying at my windshield on the way home from work. The size of the chip was roughly a silver dollar. I immediately called AGN.. it was 5:30pm on a Tuesday. They have people answering phones past 5 but to my surprise they don’t do repairs past 5. I explained the situation to the scheduler and asked to come in the next morning. I’m well aware of the fact that driving the car with a bad windshield chip will cause it to spread rapidly. They weren’t able to get me in until Thursday. I took the 9am appointment that was available on Thursday morning. The lady that assisted me during check in was very kind and all the staff were pleasant. The repair, however came out horrible. From the outside of the car it looks okay, but the inside looks like a giant bubble. I’ve received many chip repairs over the years - once upon a time I worked on the opposite side of town and big trucks kicking up rocks is a huge problem on NM freeways. In my experience, after a quick repair, they’re usually not even noticeable. My husband recently had his windshield replaced with AGN, so I was hopeful even after the bad scheduling issue, but the outcome of the repair is the worst!

I've been going to these folks for 5 years or so, always been really happy with their work and service. I have a 2019 Honda Civic ... which is known to have windshield issues, so yeah. A good windshield shop is a necessity!!! This past visit was a treat, I thought I'd need a new windshield, but it only needed a chip repair, which was free! ( I had gotten my last windshield from them and it came with 3 free chop repairs - pretty dang awesome)

Outstanding experience. I made claim with the staff who connected directly with our auto insurance over the phone, they custom ordered an OEM windshield. Called and scheduled an installation as soon as it arrived, 3-4 days after the windshield was ordered. Connected with Cecelia in the front office to arrange for the installation, the deductible and payment. George, the install tech was great, took care of every little detail including re installing the insurance device and the windshield mounted camera. They also did excellent follow up with dos and don’ts with the new windshield install. Very pleased with the experience and staff.

The dealership I went through to get my windshield replaced was being terrible with scheduling and communication. They scheduled me for the wrong car and didn’t even let me know where I had to take my car to get it done. Auto glass now had amazing communication and customer service, specifically Cecilia. Even though the dealership wasn’t communicating with me, she was every step of the way. Understandably they weren’t going to be able to get me in for my appointment at first and we rescheduled, I was going to pick up my car and they called me to let me know they were able to fit me in and do the repair! I’m so thankful for their amazing customer service and amazing services. My windshield looks amazing and they were very informative on after care. And they even waited for me to come pick up my car because i get off of work the same time they close. I’m so thankful and I definitely recommend this place for your glass work
