Waited 1hr40min just for them to tell me they couldn’t take the filter off, even though they were the ones that previously installed it and overtightened it. Guy in charge was extremely rude. Don’t waste time/money here!

I went in tonight, about 545, stressed cause I had a leaky tire, and I’m going out of town tomorrow, so I was very concerned. I went to the Walmart in Rio Rancho and they turned me away, so I came to this one, and they helped immediately. They apologized for it taking longer than initially expected, but I was totally ok with that. I was very glad they helped. They were all kind and helpful and as fast as they could be! Thank you!

I got new tires later in the day. It was busy but the automotive staff made it a very nice experience for me and my boyfriend. The technician,Nel was particularly helpful and friendly. Not happy at all with the service right now.
I usually only come in for oil changes. Today, I came in for a new battery.
An hour and fifteen minutes into “service” and the service rep comes and tells me that the battery they recommended doesn’t fit. So I picked a different one.
Now two hours into “service” and I’m still waiting for them to finish. I should’ve known better.

Ordered tires online said it was going to be ready for pickup so I called before hand to make sure they just put me on hold for 20 min and then hung up on me. Horrible customer service. Won’t be buying from here again
