12/10/21 They went the extra mile in replacing the vandalized driver's side window on my '13 Civic. Cleaned up the broken glass in my car and re-taped my auto alarm sticker at no extra charge. They left the interior of my car clean enough for an auto dealer's lot. KUDOS to Charlie at the Front desk and Carlos installer !! (They replaced my windshield on 9/'18 and 2/'21. Best Price with Great Service.)

Adam and his crew did an EXCELLENT job. I had a windshield and back window replaced. Not only was it really fast (just a few hours) and cost-effective, but they also paid attention to details like putting back my oil change reminder and car wash stickers. I had to get my work vehicle's windshield replaced and was honestly dreading the hassel. I found action glass abq via my company's list of approved vendors who utilize auto integrate for payments and I am so glad I did! They made the whole process completely stress free and an over all pleasant experience. They have the friendliest staff with amazing customer service, went above and beyond to also replace my wipers at the same time of my windshield, got me in and out as fast as possible, and knew the auto integrate system well for an absolute flawless transaction. Got my windshield replaced and they were able to calibrate as well (rain sensor and lane assist/departure). Staff was friendly, and kept in communication as I just dropped my car in the morning and picked it up before close. Great price that couldn't be beat by the 3 other places in the same area. I just had a couple rock strikes that made little stars and I stopped in their parking lot so I could figure out where I was going in Santa Fe. I noticed their sign and asked if they could fit me in and they said sure, no prob. It only took ten minutes and I was back on the road. They were super nice and my windshield looks good as new. The epoxy they used is going to make sure the cracks don't spread, so that's some good piece of mind.

First time I went to have windshield replaced I waited 5-6 hrs as my car item was misplaced and the installed windshield was broken. On second visit another 4-5 hr wait with the wrong windshield installed, a broken camera cover, glue everywhere and not one mention that they could not recalibrate the windshield. This left me with zero access to my controls. Now I have to pay out of pocket for a windshield, camera cover and recalibration. The owner did reimburse me what I paid him and said he never wanted to speak to me again. What he paid me did not cover the recalibration or the camera cover. Also the brand new pkg of blue shop paper towels I purchased were also not in my car when I looked for them. Overall experience was costly, time consuming and unprofessional. Here at Safire come to find out not only were there all the above issues mentioned but they also bent and dented all the molding which should have been removed to install the windshield installed but did not do that.

Property managers at my apartment hired these guys to fix my windows last year. They took the hardware off and said they would have to order new parts and I didn't hear from them again. I called a few weeks after and they said they were still working on it and again I didn't hear from them again after that. Now, a year later, my windows are still missing hardware.
