Finally a place that doesn't try to take advantage! After Firestone quoted me 560 to replace a leaky hose and reservoir I came across trangs automotive. Even though I already had a diagnosis from Firestone Mr Trang did his own evaluation and found that what Firestone was trying to charge me for wasn't the problem at all! I'm so relieved I finally found an honest mechanic that isn't trying to get rich by overcharging and upselling. This is by far the best mechanic experience I have ever had. They walked me through the issue and educated me about the parts we where dealing with. They even gave me a ride home when I left my car with them!!! All around GOOD people 😊🤗 I will forever bring my business to Trangs automotive!!!!!!

I lived in the neighborhood for years and other mechanics did a 50-70 percent on thoroughly finishing the job..not even major. Mr. Trang? A HELLUVA MECHANIC/ CAR DOCTOR.. when I informed him of a problem, he heard, he checked and he fixed. He even topped my fluid levels off. He didn't try to gouge me..VERY FAIR and ALWAYS ON TIME with Job completed Actually I am on my way to get work on my CURRENT VEHICLE. my wife and I TRUST HIM

Service is fine. Conversation and the look toward female Asian customer from the younger owner ... 🤢 . Not sure of the quality of the car part replacement, but it is priced same as the work can be done at dealer.
