1. I was very disappointed to notice oil stains under my vehicle (see photo) after the oil change on 12/22/25. Such was NOT the case prior to this. I'm also seeing oil on the under carriage which also was NOT the case before oil change. 2. Upon a more careful review of the Multi-Inspection Form under the Customer and Vehicle Information it says that the date and time was12/22/25 05:09:18 PM with a time in as 05:09:18PM which is entirely untrue. 3. Sticker on the windshield where the date and mileage for the next oil service is due was not updated. The above points give me concern about the Larry H. Miller American Toyota Service Commitment.

Great service! I would go to Larry H Miller American Toyota in Albuquerque any time to service my Toyota even though I have a long drive to get there. I went there to get an estimate on my car paint that I wanted done and tthey were the only ones who took the time to check my RAV4 for an extended paint program Toyota had on my situation. Mike helped me a lot and found out my car could still be fixed at Toyota's expense. No one else did that. He also got a loaner for me also covered by Toyota and it was a new Electric Car. Mike made sure the fix was correctly done and I am so happy to have gone there for an estimate and got a total fix for my RAV4 that no one else seemed to have cared. At my age, that was like a miracle to me and a great burden off my shoulder. Everyone was friendly there and the service is the best. His name is Michael Radway in the service department. The price? The electric charge up for the EV and the cleaning of the loaner. Driving round that EV was an extra bonus.

Went in for the Happy Hour Oil Change; and nothing to complain about. However communication regarding how long it was going to take would have been cool. I didn’t mind waiting 2 hours: went for a walk to the nearby Memorial Park, and enjoyed my day. But I did get annoyed that there was no human customer service interactions while I waited, and then I got an email and text message with a list of suggested repairs $$$$ with zero human face-to-face communication about it. I like more old school customer service, and I don’t intend to come back here for the repairs.

The service was absolutely amazing. Everyone was super kind. Got in there pretty fast, Pearle was absolutely amazing, kind, friendly, outspoken reassuring that I made the right choice to bring my car to LHM I feel like they gained a new customer because they went above and beyond by washing my car vacuuming around the area where I drive and it was a fast, friendly service

With a prescheduled 4:00 appt., it took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. Was informed when checking out after asking why an oil change would take so long, that this time of day always takes this long, with a comment about happy hour made, and always a busy time, what exactly does that have to do with anything? And if this is a known wait time for an appt. at this time of the day, have more consideration for a customer’s time, and inform them of this when asking if we will be waiting there for our car, as no one expects to wait 2 1/2 hours for an oil change, and I at least could have made better use of my time at home. I received no updates until I sent a message to the person I was informed to communicate with after waiting more than one hour, with a fairly quick response of additional svcs. in need of attention, at which time I promptly declined, and it was still another 1 1/2 hours before car was ready, which I only found out about when asking inside and referred back to the person who checked me in and went out to inquire. Why would an oil change take another 1 1/2 hours?? Asked how long it had been ready and was advised about 10 minutes, yet I still had not been contacted. Was asked when finally checking out if I am ever available between 7 and 8 in the morning, that this is a much better time to come in, as the service staff are ‘fresh’ at this time and the wait time is much quicker. Hmmm…Should I be concerned about the service that was completed since it was late in the day? A very frustrating experience to say the least, and would expect much better service from American Toyota- Alameda. And based on recommendation by your team, I will be sure to schedule next appt. bright and early when the service team is ‘fresh’.

Tag Number AT850191 – Service Concern Summary I was informed by the service advisor that my 2024 Toyota 4Runner received its first complimentary 10K service (oil change, tire rotation, oil filter replacement). Upon reviewing the invoice, I noticed both the cabin and engine air filters were marked red. When I asked why, I was told it was a typo. This seemed suspicious given the vehicle only has 10K miles and everything else was marked green—raising concerns about the thoroughness of the service. When I got to my vehicle, I noticed grease marks on the interior passenger side. I then did a quick inspection and found the oil access panel left completely open. I notified the service advisor so they knew this wasn’t my doing. He offered to have the tech fix it, but I declined and requested just the bolt. While under the vehicle, I noticed oil seeping from the drain plug and a crushed washer that was clearly reused and incorrect (black, not blue). The tech returned with an impact gun, which I objected to—drain plugs should be torqued to 30 ft-lbs, not impacted. He also claimed the washer was new, but as a mechanic myself, I know it wasn’t. Additionally, the oil filter housing appeared untouched, indicating it was likely not replaced. The service advisor was courteous and, acknowledging the issue, provided me 7 quarts of oil to redo the job properly. I appreciated that, especially since I’ll have to drain the oil again to address the washer issue. Before leaving, I realized my lug nut key was missing from the glovebox. After speaking with the advisor again, the tech returned it—though now with a scuffed cap. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with this shop. In the past: - They handed me the keys to someone else's vehicle. - They left my daughter’s car seat unfastened after service. - They blamed me for a missing hubcap that was found in their shop. - They failed to properly inflate a tire, even causing a valve core issue that led to a leak. I understand mistakes happen, but these repeated lapses in basic service protocol erode trust. Customers shouldn’t have to double-check every detail after routine maintenance—especially something as simple as an oil change.

From start to finish it was an exceptional experience. I moved here recently and it's always a little unsettling when you must go into a place you're not familiar with. I was immediately greeted and informed over what they were going to do and what I should expect. Was led to the tech who writes up the work order, very professional doing his job. He further explained the time frame of completion and where I would find the coffee and a nice comfortable chair. My car was finished quicker then I was anticipating! The same tech that wrote up the work order led me to my car and I was on my way back home. Outstanding service, thank you so much!

I brought my truck in for a routine oil change Then they suggested to do an intake cleaning, so I gave them permission to go ahead and do it. They charged me for it, but didn’t do the work. I brought it to the attention of the service manager, and he refunded my money. If I didn’t look under the hood myself, I would’ve never known that they didn’t do the work that I paid for. This is a way that the service man and a technicians flag hours for money and screw customers out of their money. I wonder how many other times to other people they’ve done this to. How much money does that in total up to of robbing people of their hard earned money? After this, I will never come to Toyota anymore because of this dishonesty of the service department

Service advisor Martin Quintana was great and kept me informed the entire time, but I feel that for 2 small issues one, being a sensor and having to pay almost $300 just to test it and the another almost $500 to fix it was ridiculous. Most was labor. Then a PCV valve replacement. Parts for the PCV valve replacement were $50. and the rest I paid for labor. Had I been shown the breakdown before the repair was done I would have said forget it. Then I had some other But what am I going to do? Argue and my truck doesn’t get fixed. I just feel like I paid way too much for very little. Plus I sat there for 4 hours of my weekend. Not really happy or sure it was worth it. I get it the mechanics have to make a living too, but don’t take advantage of the customer.I think next time I may shop around. $1200 for labor from a $1661.35 bill is outrageous. Nope, shopping around next time.

I was greeted promptly by my service representative Granville who was very professional and knowledgeable and respectful! He explained what work they would do and how long it would take. I had questions which Granville was happy to answer and told me my concerns would be addressed. The service was completed quicker than expected and Granville gave me a very thorough explanation of the service that was performed. All in all it was a very nice experience.

Sometimes the customer service at Larry H. Miller Toyota can be hit or miss, however ever since I’ve had Perla or Mariah as my advisor, they have been amazing. They are very attentive and sincere in their approach. They also pay attention to you when you’re talking and don’t just try to rush you out the door like some other advisors have done in the past. Thanks again to Perla who helped me with my new tires, my alignment, and figuring out my broken mirror cover. I know it was a busy day and a lot to ask but we truly appreciate her hard work.

This is how my car was when I got in. The car was running late to work. Did not have time for them to go fix this now. I have to wait till Monday. The glove box was on the bar on the ground with all my paperwork. It’s not like American Toyota service department.

I received a reminder text that my car was due for an oil change and was offered a really great price. I arrived and was greeted by a very professional employee who took the car’s vitals and was then introduced to my service manager, Joe. Joe verified what my appointment was for and asked if I was going to wait there or what. I decided to wait there and I soon received a text from Joe advising me that my car was ready to go home. He went over things to keep an eye on, like the brakes but advised me that my car was in great shape. After paying for the oil change he then walked me out to my car and thanked me for trusting Larry Miller Toyota to work on my car. Over all I had a great experience and would without any reservations tell my friends and family that my experience was 100% positive. The waiting area was very comfortable and the service was excellent. The price I paid was less than the specials at area oil change shops.

I did not have an appointment but the did tell me it would be an hour to an hour and 15 minute wait, not bad since I did not have appointment. All staff helpful and professional. I was fortunate to have my oil change while your dealership had a special price. It was a.nice surprise. Last time I came to Abq I had my car serviced and had one issue taken care of, I don't remember what it was but I do remember being satisfied with your service. I make various trips to Abq and I prefer having my car serviced at your dealership.Thank you.

Typically I drop my car off for service and come back, but it didn't work out for me this time. I was told 90 minutes, and my service took exactly 90 minutes. Cozy spot to wait, plenty of charging stations, coffee, water and snacks. Granville managed my expectations, and had answers to all my questions. I still prefer dropping off over waiting, but I was made comfortable during my wait.

Bought car in September 2025 and was told the first 2 years of oil changes were free. Took car in at 9am on 2/28/26 after 5000 miles for first oil change and routine check up. Was told that only after 10000 miles the oil change was recommended and it would not be free. Paid $142 and asked for oil change despite not being free. I was told it would be a couple of hours and that I’d be notified when ready. I was called a few hours later and went to pick up vehicle at 2pm. I was told the oil change was not performed because the oil change request hadn’t been carried over in the “system” service notes. They apologized and I was told to wait a half hour and they’d get it done. Also, despite manufacturer stating 0W-8 oil is preferred and 0W-16 is okay to use, I specifically requested OW-16 for my own interests. They assured me it would be no problem to fulfill my request. Half hour later, they tell me my cars finished. I noticed they put in 0W-8 oil despite my request and me paying for it. Manager apologized and told me to wait another 30 minutes and they would get the OW-16 oil put in. Manager then proceeded to make things right for my inconveniences and didn’t charge me for the oil change(s).

Got an oil change, and the tech left a mess underneath my skid plate. I had to clean up oil underneath my truck and also my driveway. This is the second time this has happened. I am considering not using this dealership for services any longer which is a bummer since my wife also just got a Highlander from there.
