Ended up in Albuquerque needing an oil change on our motorhome after 5000 mikes. KOA gave us card for on site oil change. Mechanic on time. Per my husband did an excellent job. Spared us taking "our camp and dogs" into a shop. Little more expensive, but the convenience justified the extra cost.

What a crackerjack company. Set an appointment, do not call you to let you know they are late. You call them and confirm a new time only to have them no show for that time. 2.5 hours of wasted time. I guess they have family and friends do reviews for them.

What JERKS! Owner Susie doesn't care. I called just to ask a simple question and she hung up on me. Thought maybe the line was disconnected but then she did it again! Finally I asked for the manager and he told me she had every right to hang up on who she wanted. Shows how much someone cares about their company that they would act like that. I would recommend my dog to do an oil change before I would ever recommend this company.

They were great. We are on vacation & passing through & needed to have oil change done in our RV. Highly recommend this business!!! We tried to go to a Ford dealership because the one we went to in Kansas city was $75 total. RIch Ford was going to charge $200.00... nay-nay. We asked about the outrageous price & were given 3 different answers 1- " we pay specialized techs more to work on RVs... 2- we don't like to work on RVs 3- it is the FAIR market price in the area..... this response was from the service manager But enough about Rich Ford ( it is even in the name & I think they mean it) We looked up RV oil changes near me on Bing and the 1st one to popped up was On-Site 6 miles from Rich Ford. Called asked the price for oil change & oil filter & quoted $79.00 They were friendly spoke to Justin said it would be 45 min ( awesome) We never mentioned the price gouging from "Rich Ford.... once we paid the bill then we told them what had happen and how pleased we were with them and the reasonable price. I didn't want it to influence their service... If you like to save $ and pay reasonable prices then go to On-Site for your oil change. overall great service & friendly staff

Have trouble every other auto repair and service shop which I was very very disappointing and all the other shops such as Walmart Valvoline fire stones and Albuquerque and Rio Rancho areas and I called this automotive shop ARC and spoke with a gentleman name Robert and he was excellent he help me out and is able to give me the service that I want and need for my vehicle and I couldn’t be happier thank you so much I highly recommend this auto shop

I am SO glad we discovered these folks! Showed up to our ‘99 motorhome in storage and she was just dead! Michael came out and we jumped our engine and got her started quickly. But we found that our six (nine year old) house batteries were toast. He got us fixed up so fast though—got us a much better price than we were quoted elsewhere, did all our work onsite, and at a VERY reasonable rate. In addition, he is a thoroughly nice and delightful person that we look forward to working with in the future! Got us set up for an onsite oil change as well! Thank you, ARC and Michael (is ARC really short for archangel Michael?! 😁). You really breathed new life into our old rig!
