I was told it was first come first serve for window tinting. I dropped my car off first thing when they opened at 10 am. I was told I was the first customer and my car would be ready in 3-3.5 hours later. I called 4 hours later and my car wasn’t done, it still needed about 45 minutes. I got a call 5 and a half hours later saying my car would be ready in 20 minutes. I waited in the parking lot since I was early and saw two other cars drive out before mine. I didn’t even get an apology for waiting 6 hours after I was told 3-3.5.

I had booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance. I showed up 15 minutes early to find a note on the door window saying they had to step out & left a number. I decided to wait in my jeep until my appointed time. 5 mins til, there was still no one. I called the number and the lady informs me that she has to cancel and re-schedule me another two weeks. I had already waited two weeks for this appointment. I could have been informed ahead of time but that wasn't the case. I suggest you call ahead and confirm before you go. I found another business that got me in the same day.

I’m not reviewing the tint, seeing as how my windows were never tinted. but the customer service. I called 2 weeks ago and asked if they could get me in on a Saturday and they said yes with no issue. Cut to 8pm Saturday night and they say they can do it but only if they leave my car outside overnight with the keys in it. Frustrating but somewhat understandable as I had called that Friday so it was short notice. However don’t tell me you can do it if you can’t. So I say how about we do this next Saturday. Cut to the following Saturday and they won’t even respond to my text. very unprofessional

Originally I had factory tint on my vehicle. I own a Honda pilot and use it daily to lug around my 4 kiddos. We also go on long road-trips quite often. Being that we spend so much time in the car I figured it was time to invest in our tint. A friend of ours recommended 505 Window tinting and I couldn't be more grateful!! The entire process was amazing from the start. They were very flexible with their schedule and got me in asap. Once I dropped it off they called me with updates while my car was there. I found a minor imperfection when I picked it up, the owner looked at it and went over and beyond to not only fix it but meet my nitpicky needs! He was very respectful, takes the quality in his work to heart! I HIGHLY recommend this business specifically for all of your tinting needs. Me & my kids are absolutely loving it. I can we never knew that ceramic tint was a necessity for our family but we all agree it definitely is now. I didn't know what I was missing until now. It has kept the car from being scorching after sitting in the sun. It has even changed the attitude and behavior in my kids ( which any mom would pay for a million times over) , they are not hot and therefore wining and complaining, my infants car seats are always cool now and overall has made our road-trips and life 100% easier and enjoyable!! From this day forward I will be bring all of my future vehicles here, as well as recommending to family and friends!!!

I am so so glad I found 505 Window Tinting! My wife and I had just purchased a pre owned vehicle and the old tint was so bad it was dangerous. It was too dark, blurry and to top it off the actual glass was scratched. Steve gave us his professional opinion, helped us get the right kind of tint for our needs and his work is amazing! He went above and beyond multiple times to make sure we were happy with our tint and helped us fix the scratches. The car is much cooler inside now due to the products he recommended. Not to mention he is so kind, and we never felt pressured or like he was just trying to upsell us. In fact his prices were very reasonable! Especially for the quality of his work! Need tint? I was refered to this place to get the window tinted on a BRAND NEW vehicle. I called and made an appointment, I told the guy I needed it done by 2:45 because I had to pick my son from school at 3. He said it was fine. I dropped it off at 10. I called at 1:20 to see if it was done and he tells me they are taking it back now. I get there at 2:45. He doesn't bring it out until 3:15. I first notice that the windshield strip is croocked and a corner piece is lifted. I look to the back and at the bottom of the windows can see straight daylight out. I called and let him know. He tells me that they've had problems with the tint but I can take it back and they will fix it. I take back. He "fixes" the problem. The vehicle is parked for a week, due to not being able to roll down the windows, and don't want to take that chance. I get in after a week and notice that the driver window has a strip of bubbles from one end to the other, about 3 inches thick. I proceed to look at all the other windows and there's bubbles in all of them, including the back window. I give him the benefit of the doubt. Wait a month and nothing seems to change. I call him and let him know that I was not happy and wanted a refund. He wants me to take it in so he can "look at it" I take it in and he tries to tell me they are water bubbles. I said after a month? And he tries to say yes. He then brings out a girl to look at it. I show her my concerns and they ask me to give them a minute. They come back out and want to fix just one window and still trying to tell me that the front window is bubbles. I just want my refund and for them to take off the tint and I'm very pushy on it. I explain that I should not of had to even gone back twice to have it fixed. And I show her all the other windows and she tells me "looks like it's dirt under the tint" I said i just want a refund and I'm going to take it somewhere else. I said you can take off the tint and give me my money back. I said I found someone else who will do the tint. She tells me "we charge to take off the tint" I said another place said they would charge me $80.00 to take off the tint so if you guys will charge me less then that I will pay you. The guy asks me to give them another minute. They came back out and just decided to give me a full refund. I asked the guy to send me a copy of the receipt and he goes on to say he doesn't know how. The girl gets the phone and then sends it to me. She was very nice and understanding but the guy there was total opposite.

Bubbles are starting to form 5 months after getting it done, took them way too long to get it done, got my car back around 7 after dropping it early morning. I rather just get it re done somewhere else. Third picture I took the day after the tint job, I was told it’d go away in 2 weeks; fourth picture is what it looks like today 😐. Save ur money and time go someone else

These guys are amazing. Took about 2 hours to get my SUV done. Very polite staff. Had a bubble stay after a week, and they replaced the tint immediately. Mistakes happen, and its great to know that these guys will promptly remedy any issues you have with your tint. Highly recommend coming here.
