Best service I've ever had hands down. The only shop I ever been able to drop off my car worry fee. AES is has not only been the only shop I trust because of their knowledge but also because of their DAREN (owner) honesty and fairness. I suggest if any wants a mechanic with a good heart and conscience, and the guarentee it'll get fixed the Right way the first time without burning a hole in your pocket, AES is the place your looking for.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Kept my Car for over a month and moved it to "overflow lot" at 8th and I40. No High Fence, Lighting or Security there! Weeks later I decided to retrieve it. When I started it up, NO CATALYTIC CONVERTOR! It had been stolen from the vehicle. At this point, Darren and company are being unresponsive, so I don't think they are going to make it good. Still waiting and will update here. 5/22/22... 11/22 update. Never heard back. I junked the vehicle. Beware!

Darren, the mechanic is rude and a thief! They kept us waiting on our FAMILY VEHICLE for over a week! When we went to show up to see what was going on, he rudely yelled at my husband ! Had our FAMILY VEHICLE on the side of the street with the doors unlocked !!! Cigarette buds on the drivers side floor, And later it came to thought he had done that because he stole our children’s portable DVD players!!! And then used it as an excuse as to how it being in the side of the road was not his responsibility!!! When I called regarding the DVD players! I told him I’d show up with the police!!! And when I did the same day! What a shocker!!! He legit closed his shop early put all his vehicles inside his gated shop! And had a dumpster in front of his gate !!!! Sketchy no?? Yeah the police thought so to!!!!

Shop was recommended to me by another mechanic for electrical troubleshooting. Unfortunately they will not even look at my 1993 vehicle. I believe that if someone is actually skilled at electrical troubleshooting, the age of the vehicle is irrelevant. Perhaps there are other reasons they are declining this work, but the age of the vehicle is what I was told. Consider renaming the shop to "Automotive OBD Only Specialists" as it seems that would be more accurate. Are you any good if you can only troubleshoot with a scanner? I don't know. A mystery for another time.

This place got recommended, and I thought they were honest people, BUT after two days they had the vehicle, several items were STOLEN inside the vehicle and they never returned nothing! So be careful & beware of this place, if your looking for work, go somewhere else.

They had my truck for 9 hours and did nothing to it, didn't even call me for any updates. Couldn't reach them, so finally went to the place at 6. The owner was not around and none of the workers knew anything about my truck. I asked them for my keys and drove away. Still no one has called. Sorry guys, you've got to do better.

These guys we're recommended by another shop, but they NEVER answer the phone. They say in their phone message to text. Well I've texted a bunch of times in the last SEVEN weeks!! and they never respond. You can't tell me that a nearly two months they haven't had a minute to return a message!!! That is no way to run a business!! Amateurs. If you're that busy hire somebody to answer the phones!!!! What a surprise, within 30 minutes of my review they contacted me. Giving me a date 5 months away, which I'm declining. And let's just put it this way, they were less than professional. Told me I should have looked elsewhere sooner. Because it's my fault they don't know how to run a business.

They have had my car for well over a week. Took them close to a week to even get it looked at. Don’t return calls quickly if at all. Gave excuses about how they couldn’t figure out the problem. Either understaffed, incompetent, or most likely they are both. Please don’t trust these 4 star reviews. I would not trust them to even do an oil change.
