I was told to take my vehicle there and that my vehicle would be in excellent care well when I got my car back it smelt like marijuana and they went through my personal belongings and took a few things! Now it makes me wonder if they were high well working on my car! I will never take any of my vehicles to them again very disappointing!

Overall not a bad experience, my grandfather suggested this place to us because he's been going there for years and trust their work. The man who greeted us could have done a better job with his customer service, a paper copy of the total would be appreciated and it would have been nice if they called us sooner than 30min before closing to say that the car was ready but all in all these were minor issues.This place seriously has the best prices, hands down!

I've been going to Keith's for years and trust him with all of my car service needs from my diesel truck to my Volvo. I referred several friends who now use Keith's regularly for repair needs. I've had Keith fix issues that originally looked like major repairs that ended up saving me big $. Two friends I referred got estimates from other shops and saved a lot of money going to Keith. Keith even realized one of the repairs was a warranty issue and was able to bill the Chrysler and didn't cost my friend a dime out of pocket. I completely trust Keith and don't ever question repairs he makes or suggests.

The transmission on my SUV was shot and needed to be replaced or rebuilt. I had ordered the transmission for my vehicle online and had it delivered to the shop. They accepted the delivery, installed it and programmed it. I will not disclose how much I was billed for the work, but I will say Keith was far more reasonably priced than the other 5 shops I received quotes from. He patiently answered all the questions I had about the work being performed. They contacted the the transmission reman company, on my behalf, to return the core. Their work and professionalism is outstanding.
