I took my mom’s Chrysler 300C here because it had a dangerous amount of play in the rear suspension. The main technician (Noel) went absolutely above and beyond to get it fixed for us and wound up staying an extra 3 1/2 hours past when he was supposed to get off to make sure it got fixed, and fixed right. Drove over a large spread of screws on the roadway and stopped at Firestone. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest customer service by Daniel. He worked by himself the duration of our day’s visit assisting frequent incomers with gracious customer service. Besides the understandable wait to have the tires repaired/ replaced last minute, the experience was pleasant. BEST Firestone branch in the lower 48 states, and I will drive 10 hours just to use them specifically. (Some of the other Firestones are awful, like the one in Arlington, Texas!) But this place does *not* pressure about upselling, and they do their alignments very quickly, bringing the vehicle into the bay *right* at the appointment time and then getting *all* of the specs into range (instead of leaving one or more out of range like I have gotten from other branches) when getting my lifetime alignment done. Employee Laura went above and beyond for me today and straightened out a longstanding mistake in Firestone's system with documenting my lifetime alignment, relieving me from a lot continued future stress.

Firestone has always been my family’s go-to for quick alignments, so on Monday, December 1st, I brought my 1999 Grand Prix to this location after doing substantial suspension and undercarriage work myself. While replacing transmission solenoids and engine mounts, I refreshed the front end with new CV axles, tie rods, and sway bar end links. With everything apart, I inspected both wheel bearings thoroughly—zero play, zero noise. About 40 minutes after the car went into the shop, the service writer called saying they couldn’t perform the alignment due to “excess bearing play” and that even if they did it, the alignment “wouldn’t hold.” She then tried to upsell me on new hubs for around $750 parts and labor This didn’t make sense. Wheel bearings do not control alignment angles like toe, camber, or caster. They’re simply bolted or pressed into the steering knuckle. The only time a wheel bearing becomes an alignment issue is if it’s so severely worn that the car is unsafe to drive—something that comes with loud noise and obvious looseness. My bearings had none of those symptoms. If a bearing is worn enough to affect an alignment, the car shouldn’t be on the road. I told her I would just take the alignment and “look into bearings later.” Then, about 10 minutes later, the technician himself called and said: “Your alignment is done, you can come pick it up.” No mention of bearings When I arrived, the original service writer wasn’t at the desk, and no explanation was given for why I was told the alignment couldn’t be done, only for it to be completed minutes later. As someone who actively maintains their own vehicle and understands alignment basics, the conflicting information and unnecessary upsell didn’t sit right with me. The alignment itself turned out fine (everything in spec) but the communication and inconsistency left a negative impression. Firestone completed the alignment and did the job correctly, but like many service chains, upsells seem to come first. Be informed, double-check what you’re told, and it helps to have a trusted mechanic or knowledgeable friend in your corner.

This Firestone is always my go to. They always say my name right. Front desk always has such a pleasant demeanor. I must say this last visit was extra above and beyond. I called in Friday spoke with Jeremy who is super enthusiastic over the phone. He was able to get me in the next day for alignment. I arrived and Danny greeted me with a great big smile. He was very pleasant and informative. I waited for the designated time I was given. When it was time to check out I was shy a dollar or so and Laura really went that extra mile for me. At this Firestone you don't feel like a customer. You feel like family.

After getting a new car through Carvana, the check engine light came on about a month in. Through the Silver Rock 100 day limited warranty, I initially took it to Midas where they claimed the car had a “recall” and essentially refused to help. After contacting Volkswagen directly, who confirmed there was no open recalls, I was able to get my car to this Firestone! All the associates I spoke with at this location were friendly, helpful and promptly took care of the issue and were able to remove and replace the necessary parts that were causing the check engine light! Not once did they try and BS me about some fake issue like Midas, so I greatly appreciate their expertise, honesty and time!!
