Our first oil change with our new car went well. I was in and out quickly. The second scheduled oil change I show up for my appointment and am told it will be 3.5hrs instead of the usual 2. So I reschedule for when the big kids will be in school and the earliest appointment they can get me thinking they won't be as backed up... wrongo apparently it is standard to double book? I've been here two hours (I was 15 minutes early to my appointment because I try to be on time) and the car service has not even been started yet. I asked if it was done because I noticed it was parked in a side lot. It took a good while to even speak with Vicente... he was unaware of the vehicles status and when I said it was parked in the side lot he said oh it must be done but let me do someone else's paperwork first. While waiting another employee kindly asked if they could help and tried to track down my paperwork and keys. Still waiting for my car to begin being serviced. We already paid for service when we bought our car and I hope it can be fulfilled in a professional manner. 0 stars to Vicente. Solid 5 stars to Ryan for trying to help.

Take your car to Galles or literally discount for tires. Service director is very dismissive and takes the tire shop 12 hours to diagnose a leak and Mount tires. To make it better they take the tires to discount tire to Mount because they don’t have the capability’s to do so themselves. If you go you will be regretting so and frustrated at the time it takes. Director was very rude and arrogant and advisors/techs are ready to go home at 3pm. Took me an entire day to get my corvette back.

To be open and honest, I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership and brought my car for service a few times. If you are thinking of doing either, don't just walk away, RUN. Home of the UN-Reliable promise should be their new slogan. We're done doing any kind of business with this place on the whole.

Reliable Chevy. Duck in service is exactly what a service rep should be. Cordial, very knowledgeable, and readily willing to address any vehicle owner questions or concerns. My kind of go to guy. Thanks

Needed a transmission fluid change on my camaro and Ryan and another gentlemen were very helpful in getting a quick appointment and getting my car serviced. Didn't try to oversell me things i didn’t need. Very easy to work with.

Austin with sales was awesome along with Larry. But the service department on the other hand is such a disappointment. They are quick to sell you the most expensive maintenance plan and they can’t even perform a simple tire rotation. The reason is that /they (Don the service manager) don’t rotate tires on a Dually. But when my wife asked they wanted to charge her $300. Is this a way to make more money or a way to do less work? Is it laziness or lack of knowledge on a proper maintenance? Last I checked it is more work to rotate tires on a Dually but it is possible. A knowledgeable tire tech has to dismount from wheels. This just makes me wonder if my vehicle gets the professional knowledge needed for service or repairs.

Absolutely horrible experience. They’ve had my 2023 Suburban a total of almost 4 MONTHS. Broke down in Ft Sumner back in October due to a malfunctioning transmission. I was told GM would reimburse my $1,567 tow from Ft. Sumner to Albuquerque and was also told they couldn’t provide a rental. So I rented on my own and submitted for reimbursement to GM. They reimbursed my rental, but not the towing bill because I didn’t use GM Roadside Assistance. Which there’s only one tow company in the area and it would’ve been the same no matter what. So I was out $1,567. But I at least had my vehicle. Fast forward to January ‘24 and the same thing happened closer to town and I managed to get it in without a tow. Once again told I couldn’t get a rental. Over the course of 3 months, Ryan Pierce the service advisor constantly told me the tech would look at it the next week. That they had staffing problems and because it was warranty work, only certain specialists could work on the vehicle. Don Poling, the service manager refused to get in touch with me when I asked multiple times and it wasn’t until I decided to get aggressive did they finally provide me my vehicle back on April 24th. Well lo and behold 4 days later the same issue. They didn’t even work on the vehicle for 3 months and simply cleared the trouble code. So I dropped it back to Don on April 30th and was asked by the technician if I needed a rental car… What? It turns out they can provide one through Enterprise but never offered it… For 3 months. And now they’re refusing to approve a large vehicle for rental use. And Don won’t approve one for us. He says he will, but has taken almost 2 days with no results. Then Patricia Charles, the CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER, calls me by accident to conduct a survey. I provide my experience, and she seems appalled, and states she’ll call me back later. Well 2 days later and no call from her either. It’s craziness. And I’m back in a rental vehicle I’m paying for… again. While I await the $8,500 in reimbursement from GM, which hasn’t been approved yet because that takes weeks and weeks to go through.

First Class customer service. Needed a quick top off of DEF for Silverado HD 2500 High Country. Ryan Pierce got me in fast, topped it off, and did a multi-point inspection fast. Thanks Ryan ... first class customer service and attention to detail!

I took my truck for an oil change and tire rotation. Angel Baros was my service advisor and he did an excellent job! My truck was ready very quickly. He even offered me a ride to and from my home while they worked on my vehicle. He is an excellent employee! Thank you Angel!

Going here for car services absolutely sucks. They ignore you when you get there, they’re rude, and they always overcharge. This place is shady and should be shut down. Avoid this place like the plague!!! I needed a new tire so I got 2. They didn’t quote me and expected me to pay $800 for two tires. This place is the actual worst!

The rep was helpful and provided me with excellent customer service. My only complaint is that I showed him a coupon for $119 four-wheel alignment from a Chevy coupon on my phone, but I was told that it was only good at the other dealership. I was disappointed, but I paid the discounted amount. I will have to make sure I chose the correct location before I use my vehicle coupons again.

Randy was great at keeping us informed about the process of our work. We never discussed the cost. Oil change and tire rotation $277. Pluse a $8.95 processinf few. The next day I was so upset about the cost -I called another dealership in the area and they charge $139. Plus tax for the same service/ in June I paid $119. Put the door in MI. I went back and spied with Randy and he said that’s the price they charge. This is Insane that they can charge that much more for the same sercixw. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. How can a dealership charge that much more for the same price!!

We purchased a brand new 2025 4x4 trailboss 3 months ago. A month ago my husband noticed his lane assist and blind spot detection wasn’t functioning properly so we made an appointment to have it looked at. We dropped it off and were told that the earliest they would even look at it was three weeks later. We were never offered a rental or any alternative to leaving our BRAND NEW truck there, basically were dismissed and told that they would look at it when they got a chance. Fortunately we had an alternative car but I told them people don’t have the option to do that and again, we’re shrugged off. Finally, after 3 days she if a month of them having our truck, they called us to tell us that mud got under the truck and reached the electrical components and fried them and that it would cost 1200 to replace. They also told us that it was our fault for not cleaning the under part of the truck and that it was not covered by warranty. I asked who I could appeal to but was AGAIN shrugged off and told that since it was caused by outside influence that there was nothing we could do. This truck is marketed as an off road, 4x4 vehicle that was less than 2 months of when it started malfunctioning. Don’t buy a vehicle from them unless you want to be out of a car because their service department is so behind. Why did we buy a bumper to bumper warranty if a little mud was going to deem it useless! I felt like I was being punked. What a wasted of time and money!!

I came in for some routine maintenance and my usual service advisor, Ryan, wasn’t there. Luckily, fate (and Reliable Chevrolet) paired me with Josh McCracken — who I actually knew from another dealership. Small world, right? Josh was fantastic. Not only did he take great care of my vehicle, but he also recommended the ZaK Oil Conditioner. I don’t know what’s in that stuff, but I’m pretty sure my engine now runs smoother than my morning coffee order. If it were socially acceptable, I’d probably start putting ZaK in my cereal. All jokes aside, Josh made the whole process easy, quick, and actually kind of fun (which is not something you usually say about waiting on car maintenance). Reliable Chevy — you’ve got a good one in Josh. Just don’t let Ryan get jealous when he’s back.

Our service provider was nice but I had made an appointment and they didn’t actually schedule it. So they had to fit me in. Everything seemed to go smoothly except I’m no it sure they cap the liquids because they never put washer fluid.

Regular maintenance. Good service advisor, friendly, fast and knowledgable, and the body shop area did an amazing job on my truck and at a decent price. I had barely scraped a green fence and there was no damage just green paint scraped onto the truck. They fixed it like it never happened by buffing it out and moving the paint.

Service Advisors are not trained, about the importance of scheduling appointments. I was told to take my truck in on 12/8/25 after letting the service department know of my concern on 10/20/25. I was told that it would be around 25 business days, before they would be able to diagnose the problem. I also called the service department on 11/19/25 and was told by the service advisor that I would probably be in line on the week of 11/24/25. I called again on 12/1/25 and was told to bring my truck in on 12/8 then I was told it would be 2 or 3 more days before someone was able to look at my truck. I finally received my truck on 12/19. The advisors need training on customer service relations and scheduling appointments for customers. Hopefully my next experience there will be better.

I thought my new car delivery was bad with a two hour wait for them to find my new truck key, but my first “free” oil change was more woeful and stress. It’s a 100 mile round trip there for my 11:30 AM “appointment” for this oil change and I arrived early. The service guy said I could wait in the waiting area which is a COLD section of old furniture in front of a TV that just plays Chevy adds. At 4PM, 4 1/2 hours later I go to service and am told, “there is one car in front of yours”. They don’t take “walk ins”…so they just set up more appointments than they can do. 5 or six hours for an oil service. They have a poster in the waiting area “schedule your service here and SAVE TIME” …HA,! I got my truck and left. FOR GOOD! Edit: See the expected “canned reply” below. That took less time than them contacting me.
