I called with high hopes because I was referred to them and we agreed to have my car picked up but they didn’t come or respond to my call or text. They may be good but I wouldn’t know since they didn’t keep their word with picking up my car and servicing it. I’d try them out again but at this point I have to give them a 1 star.

I love All American GarageLLC, they are so professional when answering the phones and when working on your cars or rigs. They do wonderful work and have wonderful prices much better than other dealers or car repairs. I have called around to check prices. They give you a estimate of cost. It’s very important to find a business that takes care of their customers. But to me being a senior it’s there pricing and customer service. I them give them a 10 in all services

Kris and Donnie are awesome. Donnie does great work. Very knowledgeable mechanic. Most importantly you can trust this shop to fix what is actually broken without wondering if your getting taken for a ride (so to speak). My experiences have been good and their prices are better than most. If you talk to Kris he will likely let you bring your own parts but he won't guarantee them. Which is only fair. If you have a classic ride I highly recommend All American Garage. These guys love to work on the classic cars and trucks. They have won awards for their work. They also have the correct tools and knowledge for modern rides. Finding a good mechanic you can trust is hard. I found mine and if you give them an chance so will you. Regards, Bill

Kris has been my go-to choice for all automotive work, both my car and 4x4 pickup for a number of years. I've always been treated well, he and his crew carefully go over the vehicle to make sure your problem is solved and repair complete. Turnaround time has always been fast! The best there is! They've done so much work on my vehicles and are always honest. The fact that they are cheaper than most and get things done properly is amazing. And they make sure my vehicle is safe knowing I'm a mom with a toddler. Some people expect a perfect running car when they only come in for an oil change, that's not how it works. They never lie just to up charge you. Love love love them!

Courteous, honest business! I needed a passenger mirror installed and had to have the car stereo disconnected because the CD player was malfunctioning and draining the battery. I highly recommend All American Garage! I have complete confidence in the quality of their work. They are respectful and generous, giving discounts for Military and Seniors. They really know their business and complete the repairs my vehicle needs on time and at a reasonable price. I know when I make my appointment, there will be someone there to meet me and the work is usually done the same day. I won't take my car anywhere else!! I rely on these hard working men and they haven't let me down.

I have used this place twice now. Once for an oil change, everyone was nice. I brought my car back a few months later when I needed something in my steering fixed. The guy that called was nice, even with all the questions I had. It took 2 days to fix, I picked my car up no problems. Definitely will be back.

I scheduled an appt for a diagnostics test to be done on my jeep. They never said they don't do diagnostic testing. I was told that was a $98.00 charge. My vehicle never left the spot I parked it in. So if they looked at it at all, they looked at it where it was parked. That's not what I asked nor paid for. You can't see/hear what might be wrong by starting the vehicle or just checking under the hood, which is why I asked for a diagnostic test to be done. Then I was told my rear brakes were almost down to the metal. I eventually called where I'd had my brakes done. I was told my rear brakes were installed in 22. I went to the shop so they could check out my rear brakes (they would have still been under warranty). I was told my rear brakes are at 80%. Which is a huge difference from almost down to the metal. Form your own opinions. I will never be a customer again. I spoke with the owner, but of course, he backed his employee, which to me means he's complicit..

Five star rating but in all honesty, there’s not enough stars to give this place. I met the owner Kris and did business with him and he always has been pleasant, welcoming, super honest, prices are generously worth what they charge considering many surrounding places charge a greater amount and don’t do the job as great like this place. Kris you are amazing and have a wonderful team working with you, I know you guys always have a whole Lot of work to get done and tons of cars to get going back on the road and you guys work above and beyond expected. I am extremely grateful that I was sent to you to fix my car and find all the other things wrong with it that I didn’t know and get me back and going on the road as quickly as possible. This place is beyond fair as to the pricing they charge for parts and labor. They definitely aren’t in it for the money. They definitely work and fix your vehicle because they care. There’s not many auto repair shops like that these days. I will definitely be sending anyone who asks for recommendations and I will be going for all my car repairs there. THANK YOU KRIS

Poor work or general incompetence I had them do an oil change and brought them a brand new skid plate to replace. They put it on wrong, so it went over the bumper. As soon as I got on the highway the wind ripped it off with the fender liner. I bought new parts, put them on correctly myself and haven't had an issue. Let that sink in, this place can't do a better job than someone using you tube who has almost no experience with cars. They refunded me $40 out of the $160 I spent($110 with them and $50 for the new part). I should have listened to the other people who posted on here about their shoddy work.
