First of all I’d like to say I highly recommend Blue Castle Automotive. I’m a female who dislikes dealing with mechanic, tire, tint shops anything of that nature. But after finally stopping at Blue Castle I’m glad I did. Anthony the owner is an empathetic, honest, not going to take advantage of you individually. He saved me money & my car runs great. Blue Castle is great! My 20 year old Kia was so messed up that it was undrivable. They found and fixed multiple problems including some very dangerous ones. I was wanting a better car, but it drives so nice now that I think I will save my money and keep it. I feel like they turned my old beater into a new car! It only took them a couple of days and they charged me way less than I was expecting. If your car needs work, you should for sure take it to Blue Castle. Anthony and his mechanics are honest and will do a great job at a very reasonable price.

Anthony (the owner) and his crew are class acts. Integrity, honesty and amazing customer service. I was recently scared into a crazy high estimate by Big (blank) Tires (nearly $1,000) received shoddy, inconsistent customer service there....and turns out I didn't even need the repairs I was quoted there. A friend recommended Anthony and Blue Castle. The customer service at Blue Castle is incredible. I was in and out promptly, with the invaluable peace of mind that my car's problem was resolved and at a cost of about $500 less than I'd been quoted at the big chain places. We came to this spot to do a buyers inspection for a van and 5 stars are not enough for the friendliness and service we encountered. The mechanic, Jesus, was beyond on top of it and helpful and the gentleman working up front, Anthony, went above and beyond for us. We were stranded for an hour or two and Anthony did all he could and then some to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We don’t live in the area but if we are ever around and are in need, we will not go anywhere else for our vehicle solutions. 10 stars.

Let me start by saying the owner of this shop is AMAZING! He was very honest and educated on what was going on with my daughter’s car ! The first thing he did was drove the car around the block ! When he asked that I knew we were at a true auto Shop ! He returned put the car on the lift and walked us through what we were dealing with !! He reassured us the car would make it to Florida no problem ! My only complaint is I wish my daughter would have found this shop sooner and not trusted pep boys at face value !! She told all her friends before we left to come to blue castle from now on because they are honest and very knowledgeable and won’t try to sell you things you don’t need or over charge you for things you do need !! We made it to Florida no problem and we have you to thank !! And my husband thanks you as well !

I have a 2025 Jeep Compass and I messed her up good. What Anthony thought was a simple fix turned into a bigger issue than anticipated. Went in to get lower control arms replaced, they're done right. However in the process on getting the old ones taken off, the outer tie rod on the passenger side, they broke the seal which then lost all the grease as well as the lower ball joints lost the grease from sealed ball joints, both lower ball joints were not even a year old. And didn't tighten all the bolts back up including the wheels properly, then when called to ask if it might have been a mistake they broke the seal the owner then thought I was accusing them of sabotaging the vehicle then he said just take them to court then, oh looks like we are losing connection from the call and then hangs up seemed rude at the end when just trying to see if it was a mistake or not also the alignment is still off. Now I have to go and buy new lower ball joints and tie rods and get the alignment plus labor all over again

I came in to get my brakes done. My brakes squeak louder now then they did before. I was also charged $70 for an alignment that I didn't ask for. I went to another garage for a second opinion, the alignment wasn't even done right and had to be re-done. I'm wouldn't waste my money coming back here, I don't recommend Blue castle!

Horrible customer service and did not know to take my car out of tire change mode and broke my front inner fenders when taking it for a test drive and did not say anything about it. Also turned my front rotors and my car is already shaking when braking it has only been a month. If you drive a old dated vehicle these are your guys bunch of dinosaurs that take jobs they do not know how to do.

The other day my car started making an awful loud noise. After I had installed new tires, breaks and shocks. I totally needed an alignment and I my hope was that the alignment could help the problem . I was very uncomfortable driving my car with this unusual noise. After doing doing some research I found Blue Castle Alignment Shop and Automotive. Anthony the owner took my call , and he encouraged me to make an appointment and drop off my car. So he could access the situation. As you can imagine I was very nervous and anxious . Anything to do with car repairs can be like a Pandora’s box. Happily, my experience with Blue Castle Alignment Shop and Automotive was amazing. I had an idea of what the problem was and I was delighted that Anthony found the problem fix it a charge me a reasonable charge. I was super happy and felt a great relief that my car was ready to roll safely. Are you in need of a knowledge, honest , and on the shop ? Give Blue Castle Alignment Shop and Automotive and call. You won’t be disappointed.

I had an excellent experience here. This place was everything you want from a mechanic. They were honest, effective, efficient, and kind. I’m on a long road trip and my check engine light came on a bit east of Albuquerque for a potential intake air duct issue. When I went here, they quickly sent out a mechanic to take a look. He confirmed the issue, fixed it, and I was in and out in no time. Since it was such a quick fix, I was told there is no charge for the work. I was very surprised when I was told that even the diagnosis was free in this case. I had been quoted $160-$170 at Midas for the diagnostic alone. I’m far from home, so they could have taken advantage of my urgency for getting it fixed but this place took care of me. I strongly recommend this mechanic.
