We had Lorenzo detail my wife’s Cadillac Escalade ESV. We are hauling our dogs all over the place to AKC events and it was filled with dog hair. After he was finished you could not tell we ever had any dogs in the car. Mind you we have all black interior. The wax job was also great and it’s held up unlike other people who have done it in the past. We will definitely be back when it’s time.

Today I had R&A Mobile Detailing detail my car from top to bottom, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment they showed up, they were kind, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. A special shout-out to how well they handled the dog hair situation. My car was absolutely covered in fur (thanks to my very hairy hybrid), and they managed to remove every bit of it. It looks and smells pristine again. Their process was thorough: interior vacuuming, wiping down all surfaces, spot treatment of stains, cleaning windows and mirrors, working on door jambs, and detailing the trunk and mats. The exterior was equally impressive with a hand wash, clay bar treatment, rims, tires, wheel wells, and the whole package. Their pricing was transparent and reasonable for that level of work. They even offer mobile service, which made it super convenient. They were friendly, responsive, and showed up with all the tools and materials needed. It’s obvious they care about quality and customer satisfaction. If you want your car treated right, from interior to exterior, I highly recommend R&A Mobile Detailing. They definitely earned my trust and future business.

I wish I had taken a “before” picture of the car! Here’s my attempt at describing the job Lorenzo had ahead of him. The car had not been driven for almost 2 months and had been sitting out in the elements. The car’s owner, my cousin, was in the end stages of cancer while trying to care for her small pet and two children. There was no time for her to attend to the cleaning of the interior or exterior of the car. There was a substantial amount of dust and grime build up, pet hair and remnants of kid’s snacks in the car. Gratefully, due to the nature of Lorenzo’s thoroughness, he found embedded deep in a seat some mold. He was able to treat and rid the car of all mold. The car now looks like a brand-new , driving- off-the-car-lot, car. This is not a soap and water wash down experience! I highly recommend R & A Mobile Detailing!

We have two dogs and more than enough kids- so yes, you can imagine the snacks, the chaos, and the impressive amount of dog hair. Did Lorenzo and his team shy away? Not even a little.
