Its more like simple work they do here like brakes and oil changes. It should be more like a jiffy lube. I had my brakes done here and it wasn’t the best job. I ended up going to another place to fix their mistake.

I went early Friday morning to ask Avi about a brake line that ruptured the night before and caused my car to lose all pressure. He was professional and efficient with what was needed and how much the repair was going to be. I brought the car over and got everything done in the same day. I went in for an issue with my car. It wasn't as bad as I thought and instead of charging me the price I assumed it was going to be, they were completely honest. I don't know anything about cars so they could've told me anything and I would've believed them. They are awesome and super trustworthy! I highly recommend using them! I'm super impressed!

I called around many places for pricing and they were the best price in the area. I pull up and they check my brakes and it turns out everything was fine they didn't charge me a penny!! They were honest fair and a pleasure to do deal with! If I went somewhere else I'm almost positive they would have changed my brakes regardless and charge me full price.

Use to come here often until I started to deal with the younger guy. They act like they are to good to work on some cars. Went in for a few different issues and could only do an oil change After today I will not go back. They did a diagnostic test and basically told me to go.somewhere else. I asked what the issues were and he said there's a whole bunch. Would give me any details on what needed to be done. Went down the block to another mechanic and got results and found d out the mechanic in R&D didn't k ow what he was talking about. Or maybe he just didn't wanna do the job. Either way they lost lots of money

The guy helped me out and gave me a deal on a whole system, I came in with some products, and he ran tests, which furthered my choice in buying something more upgraded/updated than my last amplifier. Over the last few years on my 12 year old car I've gotten a new alternator, battery, starter, oil changes, part for power steering, etc Very happy with their work and I trust them enough to recommend to family and friends. Additionally today my wife came in for something and he could have completely ripped her off and didn't and showed her it was a non issue after he ran some tests and trouble shooting. I’ve been using R&D for over 20 years (as a matter of fact, one of my cars that R&D services, is a 2004 Camry, that I bought new for my son; was given by him to HIS son, & still runs like new! One ideally needs a car mechanic (or other service professionals like a plumber, electrician, contractor, etc.) that has three attributes (in the following order); 1) competence; 2) Honesty; 3) Inexpensive. One very rarely gets all three, and I usually settle for 2 out of 3, and dearly pay for a tradesman that’s comepetent & honest. R&D has ALL 3 attributes! How he makes a living by being honest AND inexpensive, amazes me! But he obviously does!

I strongly do not recommend this auto repair shop. I contacted them about replacing my brakes and brake fluid, and it quickly became clear that professionalism is not their strong suit. Instead of properly flushing and replacing the brake fluid, the "specialists" told me they would just push the pistons back into the calipers, and "the fluid level in the reservoir will go up," so there’s no need to change it. Seriously? That kind of statement shows a complete lack of understanding of how a brake system works. Ignoring the need to change brake fluid is a direct risk to driver safety. It feels like these people have no idea what they’re doing. Don’t waste your time or money here. Go to a place where real mechanics work — not “techs” whose knowledge barely reaches high school shop class level.

Very honest mechanic, he didn’t try to sell me anything my car didn’t need. He diagnosed the problem really quick. I’m glad I ran across this shop and they have a loyal customer now. Super professional and not once was he rude despite all of my questions and concerns. The issue with my car was 100% resolved.
