Horrible experience took two months paint didn't match, left fog lights out and cut wires and now paint is peeling after 4 months. Absolutely horrible experience first newer car in many years he made it a very bad experience!!!

BEWARE!!!! This shop is FRAUDULENT. We had a vehicle in for repairs. For 2 months, they kept giving us wrong times when the vehicle would be completed and ready. And to make matters worse, we paid for BRAND NEW tires and glass clean up. When we collected the vehicle, we noticed that they put on USED, off brand tires yet the insurance paperwork stated Brand NEW TIRES. When we entered in the vehicle, there was glass shards all over the passenger side. Now they aren't returning our phone calls. We will be pursuing this legally BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Very suspicious and fraudulent behavior. Insurance companies also beware of partnering with this company.

Last winter Rick and his people did a great job on my front end after a crash. Lots of damage under the hood. As expected, it took some time, but it looks excellent and I had no problems until it got warm out and my ac wasn't cold. I took it in and they put a new condenser in and covered it. All fixed now. Thank you Rick.

**BEWARE** I WOULDN'T TAKE ANY VEHICLE YOU CARE ABOUT TO THIS SHOP!! All he'll do is put junk on your vehicle while getting full money from your insurance. They can't fix a dent, they can't paint. I wouldn't trust this guy with your car. No paper work, refuses to deal with me or my insurance company. They can't do anything because he's not a preferred shop. Dude completely wrecked my whole truck. I wouldn't believe one of these 5 star reviews. All you good you can see him in court like I'm about to.

We really enjoy and trust R & R Collision! We have taken our family vehicles to this establishment for year! Rick and his team are amazing and do excellent work! We hate having to visit but love the end result! This small business is great and I love supporting them rather than the big companies! Some say unprofessional, I say straight to the point. Different personality but as long as the job is done and done right, I'm fine with that!

This is a locally owned and operated establishment . Rick was great to work with honest and fair. He kept me up to date on the progress and status of my vehicle. He worked directly with my insurance company to get everything taken care of that he could on his end. He repaired my vehicle as quickly as possible. I am satisfied with my service and would definitely recommend to anybody in need of body and engine repair, as most of the shops I contacted could only do body repair or engine repair not both. In addition he got my vehicle in and out of the shop within a couple weeks, compared to waiting at least a couple of months to have my repares even started.

I had body work done on two different occasions with R&R, and I was very pleased both times. Work quality is excellent, and they stick to their estimates. The folks there even put in some extra time to get the work done on time. I feel like I got a great value for the price.
