The newer bay is still not working properly. I've been thru that bay 3 times and the same thing. The older bay was shut down again today so I had to use the newer one. The newer bay still leaves wax residue on the vehicle after spot free rinse. It wouldn't even clean gravel dust off the tires today. Spoke to the attendant previously and he said he would give me a free wash but why would I go thru it again if it isn't working.. He told me he has nothing to do with maintenance and I asked him to relay the issue to the proper person. That was 6 weeks ago. So done with that place.

Heat wasn't on and the attachment on the dryer hose kept falling off the hose. I wasted time trying to reattach it while the timer was going. But hey, at least the water was hot, and the dryer had good pressure.

Would give more stars, however last time I was there the far automatic wash didn't give me my change. No attendant on site, although they state there is someone there during the day. This was around 11:45 am. I called & had to leave a message and no one ever got back to me. It is very convenient it yo want to get the scum off your car.

This is by far my favorite self service wash in town. Everything works and seems to be maintained properly. The automatic washes work well and one of the them was recently updated. Prices are not too bad. The top end auto wash is $8. I have only ever had one issue and the attendant was there and took care of it very promptly. I love to wash my vehicles at home and give them serious detail work but when time doesn't allow I will always drive an extra couple minutes to guarantee a quality wash.

I love this car wash becuase you can do it yourself and make sure your car/vehicle is clean. It's pretty easy to use. I would love to give 5 stars but they don't have a small blower for dust in the cracks. In summary good carwash with vacuums👍

Finally got a touchless system I really enjoy this place been going here for years definitely glad this is in the West End wish there was more car washes in the West End just like all over the Quad Cities the Quad Cities is nothing but coffee shop bars and car washes now
