Do yourself a favor, avoid doing any work with them find any other shop but them. We hired them for service, completely lied about what needed to be done. We then decided to tow our truck back to a local shop. They discovered that Monson's shop messed up the engine of our truck by pouring starter fluid into it and trying to crank it. Have all the proof provided to the owner, refused to help us in anyway and denied all fault. After bringing up to the owner that they had messed up our truck. The owner sent a lady from IA to a shop in IL that same day without letting anyone know of any arrival. My father happened to drive by our truck parked outside, and discovered his worker inside. where she broke into our truck without any permission, straight trespassing and breaking in. Lady had nothing to say and took off running. Complete criminal act of trying to tamper with evidence. The next day I called the owner, the response i got from the owner is I did what I had to do. Absolutely unbelievable to what extent they will go. Save yourself all the stress and go anywhere else. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS AND DON"T DEAL WITH THE CROOKS/HIGHWAY ROBBERS!

I have had my suv towed many times by these guys. The tow truck drivers are all very friendly and knowledgeable, not like some of the other companies in the area. They also tow your vehicle with 8 point straps, just to make sure your frame isn’t getting torqued. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a low priced/quality tow in a hurry. Keep it up guys!

We are pulling a uhaul trailer and noticed the tire was bulging- stopped at a truck stop for the night and called in the AM. Uhaul said about 2 hours, but these guys called us and showed up earlier than projected, within 20 mins, tire replaced within 5 mins. Super fast great service! Nice guy! I highly recommend these guys!!

I will never use them for any services. I had a trailer rollover .4 miles away from them literally right around the corner from there yard. They had to come out and do a trailer upright which was loaded. I spoke with the owner on scene and told him I’d have my guys come out and re work the freight. He assured me he’d give me a call before any work was done. I never received a call until after the work was completed and 24,000 dollar invoice. Of which 13,000 was for handling freight. I’ve never felt so taken advantage of by a local company as I’m a local trucker who has his own company here in the quad cities Iowa ever. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. Not truth worthy at all.

Great experience..!!! I need a brake chamber fixed on my trailer. Sean assist with the details of what needed to be done, then I met Tommy the mechanic; Tommy was great, friendly and professional. I recommend definitely going to get anything on your vehicle fixed at Monson. Tommy got me in and out in a matter of 15 minutes. I definitely recommend this mechanic shop.💯

This establishment should get zero stars. Our tire blew on our 40ft gooseneck trailer and they sent their mobile service to help us. They started charging us from the time their mobile service left their shop. (about 15 miles away) They chained up our axel (took about 5 minutes) and we drove back to their shop (about 25 minutes) They charged us for 1.25 hours of mobile service. It was less than an hour. They took two days to tell us that they couldn't find a PJ axel for our trailer. I told them that I called the manufacturer and found one. We were then advised that they could get it for us but they would mark it up 30%. I advised them that I could pay for it myself and arrange delivery there. We were then told that if we did that, they would increase their labor rates up to $175 per hour. After wasting our time and playing these games, we took our trailer to another place in town. That's our experience. Would you trust them to work on your trailer?
