I went there in October for an oil change. I called in advance and they told me they wrre busy but could get me in. I was meeting a friend from out of town at Applybys and told them i would not be back til aftwr they closed. They assured me it was fine and manager would have my keys. I went back at 7:15. Someone paged a manager and the manager did not come down for 45 minutes. The mechanics were there finishing up paper work and didnt know where my keys were. I told thr manager I thought I should only have to pay 1/2 price because i was told it would be no problem getting my keys. She said no. As i walked out to my car in thier back parkong lot where it was dark (alone) I noticed all my windows were down. I called the store and was promised a refund but i would have to come in the store. Which I didnt want to do. Finallt the department manager agreed to give me cash outside and has given me a free oil change.

Narcesso and Heidi went above and beyond for me when my son and I came to replace my flat tire. It was pretty close to closing time however they were very helpful and friendly. I went to tires plus first and they said I would need to reolace all four tires and they wouldn't just sell me one. I left there furious. I came to Walmart shortly after. It was so refreshing to run across such positive people. They are a huge asset to your company. Keep them around! I hadnt visited your Auto Center before but, after this experience I will definitely return. Thank you again Narcesso and Heidi!

They did good on having our tires and replacing them but we asked for one that was our spare to be put under the car again and the dead tire to be used for the rim and they didn't follow through with that. So now since the spare is older it wasn't able to be rerimed so now I'm out a spare because of a guy in to much of a hurry to get to lunch he didn't tell the other guys my instructions.

My front passenger tire popped while on my way to Walmart, which I bought from Walmart.com, and I had a spare on the rear driver side from a pot hole destroying the tire. I had explained to the technician twice when I got there I wanted the front passenger replaced. He goes to the car and tells me he can't replace the driver rear because it's different from the other tires ( full size spare tire) for a third time I told them front passenger. I tell him the front passenger is a month old and that it should still be under warranty he tells me unless I paid for road hazard it's not covered. They finish work and tell me they are going to send popped tire in because it was indeed still under standard warranty.

Went there to have my battery replaced. They said it would take 45 minutes. It took about an hour and a half. When I tried to ask the woman at the front counter (Patricia) about the status and how much longer it would take, her computer wouldn’t work so she couldn’t get me any information about how much longer it would be. She didn’t bother to go ask any of the mechanics about the status of my car. She was also very rude, clearly not interested in helping me and treated me as if I was an annoyance by simply asking her a question, even though all she was doing was standing there. I get that she might hate her job, but that’s not my fault. When I finally got my car back, they had changed the radio to some weird station, changed the time in my car (I have it set 5 minutes ahead on purpose), and changed other settings in my car that made it inconvenient for me when I tried to drive back home. I didn’t realize the time had been changed until I was almost late to work the next day. Honestly, I won’t be back there again.

They tried to pull a fast one I went in for two tire repairs tried to claim there were nails in the side walls and I needed new tires. even tried to get me to buy 4 Brand new tires claiming all wheel drive had to be replaced with all new tires. Took the car to the dealership. They showed me pictures nails were in the bottom of the tire not in the sidewall. I will never use Walmart auto again

It was a subzero icy Saturday morning. I waited 10 minutes past opening but they arrived. The staff was thorough and professional. Stated the last shop had placed an incorrect oil filter in car. They replaced it as part of the pit crew service. Fast efficient and professional. Thanks for being available on a challenging winter morning!

By Walmart policy they could not put two manufacturers recommended tires on the front. By policy they had to match 1 tire on the car. Terrible policy.

Had an appointment set at 11am. I had purchased the tires from Walmart online.Took them with me to the appointment.Pulled behind the car already getting new tires. Waited until 11:06 and hadn’t been helped. Went inside to check in and the guy at the counter said someone would check me in outside and take my keys. Went back to my car until 11:25am went back inside after watching multiple cars getting serviced and told the guy behind the counter that I hadn’t been helped. Guy behind the counter hollers to a guy through the window to help me they get into a little argument then the guy behind the counter says he’ll help you. I go talk to the younger guy longer brown hair who asks fo name and address then wants the keys. I stand there he checks out tires then talks to another mechanic, comes back to me and says we don’t have your tire size. I said there in the back seat He then with attitude says YOU DIDN'T SAY THAT!I said you didn’t ask. I bought the tires online. He says YOU DIDN'T SAY THAT EITHER! He literally took my key and took off to the car so it’s my fault!? I was done talking I went up front and called for a manager while waiting for one to show up I setup a new appointment and left !! I will not return to the auto section! I was ignored by every tech they had. Better places will actually want my money.

Bad service. The “order writer” is ready to fight instead of speak. Was turned away at 3:15 because I didn’t have an appointment. Discount Tire is across the street. In and out in 40 minutes. Lower price.

Will never go back here again. Literally called after shopping to see if they had an opening. The lady yes pull out back walk up to get scheduled in. In less than 5 minutes I get ta very rude lady scheduling people in tells me that they have nothing available. I asked how is that possible. She says I don’t know not my problem I work back here. And walks off.. go anywhere but here.

Went in thinking I had a bad battery (according to a fast oil change place). He stuck it on charger and told me it was fine. He even cleaned the posts off for me. He saved me 140.00 by being honest with me. He could have just sold me the battery and been done with it. That's why I took our other vehicle there for its oil change. They did me right on the battery, so trusted them to do me right on oil change. Very nice associates and I will be taking my vehicles there for what I can.

I went to get my oil changed and as a courtesy, they check your tire pressure. When I got home, my hubcap was missing. So I went back the next day and talked to the person who serviced my car so I could get it back and he said he never touched it. I called customer service today and they said he removed it and I'm assuming he broke it because all they said was "if you find a replacement, bring the receipt and we will reimburse you for it."

Never coming here again. I had to get my tire replaced because it had a bulge in it and lived 20 minutes away. I called ahead to make sure they had my tire in stock before I made the trip on my bad tire. I get there and the guy who helped me told me they didn’t have the tire and seemed annoyed that he had to help me. He also told me since it was a AWD car he could only do all 4 tires or none. He didn’t offer any solutions and basically kicked me out saying they couldn’t do anything. 0/10 service and will never be getting care for my car at Walmart again.

Nico is the best. I was upset and stressed due to an employee completely booking my appointment at the wrong time. Nico had great customer and great de-escalation skills. He rectified the situation like a seasoned professional. I was never going to patronize this establishment again and Rico saved the day. Definitely an asset to the company. 🫶🏿

Too inconsistent. I came shortly after 5:30 PM and was told "Unfortunately, we can't help you. We only have 1 person working, plus an assistant." .... mind you, there were only 2 cars in the station (1 for tires and 1 for oil). This isn't the first time this has happened, but if you're short on staff, your customers shouldn't have to be inconvenienced for it .... consecutively. I won't be returning to this auto center.
