Horrible experience. Could not figure out how to use the gas pump. I tried two different pumps. Although the price advertised was good it doesn't do much good if you can't pump the gas. Left and made my purchase elsewhere rather than waste the time to go in and ask.

Good place to get gas and the beverage of your choice.The raceway has a lot of pumps so you usually don't have to wait to get fuel if you're in a hurry.the convince store is pretty good too.I would rate it a five star if they get rid of the beggars you know hey dog got any change that kind of thing but they are harmless management sees to That plus they have cameras everywhere. So it safe.

I live in the area and I frequent this store a lot. The husband and wife that run that store the husband he steals money from you. Watch what you buy watch your change he overcharges you for items and when you're playing the lottery especially when you play in the lottery pay attention cuz he overcharges you for your lottery tickets. He banks on people being in a rush which we usually are. I caught him stealing from me three times the third time was when I could prove it and I proved it. He'll tell you the price higher than what it actually is especially if it's no tag on it with a price. Just pay attention especially with the gentleman.

Will never come here again. I use to come here all the time and I've noticed they never want to speak when I speak. It's almost as if you have to force them to speak to you. One time I came in and I was the only customer there and and I had to wait to get some gas. I'm thinking he should say I'll be with you in a minute or greet me or something, but no I didn't get a word from him. Then the last straw was the time when the news was saying there is no more gas, I came to this place to get gas and I was almost on "E". I went in to get gas and they going to tell me they do not have any. I was thinking why don't they have a sign that say that where the gas prices are located

The gas prices here are often slightly cheaper than most locations. Some people struggle to begin fueling for the first time, but all you have to remember is to flip the nozzle holder upwards after you remove the nozzle. This allows you to start fueling with the selected grade. The fuel station nearest to the entrance has worn-out buttons that prevent you from using cards, but the rest seem to work just fine.

I used to come here every morning on my way to work, Guy working morning shift was always happy and greeted everyone coming through the door, Also very friendly and helpful. Prices are always very competitive and plenty of gas pumps!

I just moved to the area and I pass this store on my way home from work. I've stopped in a few times for convenience but, from now on I will go out of my way to go anywhere else. The owners, I assume, are very rude. They don't greet customers or even speak for that matter no matter how friendly you are to them. They completely lack in customer service skills so I will be spending my money elsewhere.

I live fairly close to here and go in here daily for my lotto, gas and odds and ends. The owners are very nice amd remember the daily customers. Public restrooms also to wash your hands or whatever.

Woman’s bathroom was out of order, so had to use the men’s room with the owner’s approval. It was the grossest and dirtiest bathroom I have ever stepped foot in. Couldn’t even sit to use the toilet because there was dried urine everywhere. Walls and sink covered in black dirt and stains. No soap. Just awful! Will never go back!

Normally they have one of the lowest prices around. Didn't give 5 stars due to their pump tapes always running out. When I have to pump my gas, I should be able to get my receipt right at the pump. Shouldn't have to go into the store and wait in line to get it. Keep an eye on your receipt tapes you guys!

BLUF: Disgusting customer service, treats customers like criminals. Cashier accused me of trying to steal a coffee while i filled my gas tank. Came for gas and coffee. As I filled up, I went in for coffee. I looked everywhere for napkins to wipe my hands and drips (I hate feeling sticky or wet) but there were none so went on to make my coffee to my liking. When i saw the cashier, i asked where to find the napkins. She held a few over the counter for me to walk over and get. Thanked her… wiped my fingers and cup and turned to look for snacks. The cashier yelled, “ YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THAT MA’AM!” Confused, I look back at her and said “excuse me?” She claims that i was “walking towards the exit with the coffee”. I explained I literally turned to look down the aisles to shop after getting a napkin to dry my hands. She replies, “Oh! Go ahead and shop!” i said “No, nevermind. Just the coffee. I don’t want anything else from here”. She kept trying to explain “I saw you at the coffee for a long time”. 🤔 “Looking for napkins, ma’am!” I told her i only came to the counter bc they have no napkins in the beverage station and asked why that is. She said bc ppl take the napkins to wipe their car windows. Is that not what customers at a service station with window cleaning kits are to do when the dispensers are out of napkins? They’re hiding their cheap industrial napkins to ration them out only for purposes (and people) they approve of. Of course this wasn’t about the napkins. This wasn’t a misunderstanding. It was an accusation. And from the “napkin policy”, I imagine accusing is something they do often. The fact that I am a professional woman dressed in business attire shouldn’t matter, but I was mortified by what on earth would cause me to be accused of trying to steal a mere coffee from a dilapidated gas station???

Very big store conveniently located off Virginia Beach Boulevard they have a wide selection of items and everyday needs drinks food snacks tobacco alcohol Lotto and random other items that they have periodically they always have stuff for your cell phones store can get a little busy from time to time but service is usually fast and friendly service is always good when I stopped in two thumbs up five stars

Parked at the place waiting for a cargo load and the lady bangs on my van repeatedly screaming that I parked there too long and it’s private property. She said I needed to move and that she is sending my plates to corporate. I purchased fuel, burnt coffee and a banana. Restrooms are filthy and small. Inside the store lacked any resemblance of a Raceway. Maybe she should report her station to cooperate for compliance standards?
