The front desk lady, Molly, brightened my day by easily addressing all my concerns and questions, making for a positive experience during a time of great frustration. She was extremely informative about the insurance process and I learned a lot. With only a couple interactions it was clear to me that Molly is an important asset to the company as she went above and beyond securing my business by making me informed and feel welcome. I'm currently waiting to get an appointment tomorrow when they open. John will at this point have replaced glass in every car we've owned since 1994. His quick response on our first window replacement saved me from losing a days pay. I left a message for him on his service at 5:30 am and he called before 6 am setting things up to work out perfectly allowing me to go to work for the day. He was waiting for me at my home when I returned from work. Always does an amazing job and is very professional. As long as he's in business, anytime I need auto glass, Rainier's my go to company.

I went to Rainier Auto Glass, due to the recommendation of Clear-View Glass, in Everett, since they had stopped working on vehicle glass. Dang, I thought Clear-View had great service, until I went to Rainier! These guys worked on my car's cracked glass and did everything immediately! Molly is such a rockstar and fantastic at responding! John, the original owner still works there too and has been a great resource too! They make everyone feel welcomed and, at ease, with their services. They explain everything so well, that you get a thorough understanding of what will be done. I brought my car to Rainier to repair a small rock chip after seeing their high ratings online. Early on, I was encouraged to file an insurance claim and was assured this would not affect my rates. I was also advised to lower my deductible, with the "guarantee" that my windshield would break again within a year. While I waited, the gentleman in the office (John) made several inappropriate and racially charged jokes. When it was clear I was uncomfortable, he doubled down by saying racism was "just humor" and that he "wasn't woke" rather than offering a professional apology. He also openly state that the business pays for positive reviews, which immediately raised red flags. After the repair, I was charged more than the quoted price. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was told that the insurance companies pay higher amounts, so they charge the maximum possible rate. Shortly afterward, my insurance premium increased, and the original chip spread into a large crack. Given the earlier "guarantee" that my windshield would break again, I'm left questioning whether the repair was done properly at all. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience felt deeply unethical and unprofessional. Encouraging unnecessary insurance claims for profit, admitting to paid reviews, making guarantees that suggest port workmanship, and excusing offensive behavior under the guise of not being "woke" is unacceptable. This business operates in a way that feels dishonest from start to finish.
